Soul Adventure is amazing from the people who help design your program, to orientation, to the fabulous practitioners. Everyone in the program are there to help you shift to be the best version of yourself. They teach tools you can use to handle the trials of life. And the blessing is that it all happens in the magical place of the Sedona Red Rocks. God gave a vision to Debra and she brought it to life to help better souls around the world! To God be the glory.

The experience was more than I even imagined it would be. All the practitioners are incredible and you leave each session even lighter than before.

I can't say enough about my experience with SSA! I came home a different person spiritually, emotionally and physically after spending the prior year buried in grief and anxiety. I didn't recognize myself anymore. I was so lost and didn’t see a path forward. By the end of my 3 days with SSA, I was glowing from the inside out and I feel like I've come "home" to myself again. Not only am I reconnected emotionally and spiritually to myself, my body literally feels different. I feel lighter and I’ve shed the heavy weight of grief and anxiety. I'll be forever grateful for this sacred experience!

Every person listened to what was bothering you and gave wonderful feedback and guidance to get you to where you want to be.

This was a life changing experience, and I do not say that lightly. Every practitioner was phenomenal, and I came away from every session with something new, a shift in perspective, a sense of healing, a shift in my very being. Come with an open heart and be ready for your life to evolve beautifully!

Although I wasn't too impressed with the hyperbolic PR, when I got there it was lovely. Extraordinary. The practitioners were uniformly kind, knowledgeable, professional, insightful, and well focused. So grateful for this renewing, restorative experience.

What made my experience great was first Heather being there for me way before my trip to Sedona, during, and afterwards, as well as top notch practitioners that helped me to crack open my body from me being in flight or fight for the last few years.

This was a life changing experience for me. I would recommend it to anyone who’s feeling stuck, depressed, sad, lost, etc. I feel like I’m ready to start focusing on me.

From the moment you are greeted, you feel as if you are part of the SSA family. Our team worked to fine tune all of our needs and each session was taylor made just for us.

This experience was transformational, to say the least. I went to Sedona Soul Adventures full of despair and felt completely lost. I left feeling like a new person. It's one thing to hear someone tell you that you are worthy of love and valuable, it's another thing entirely to actually believe it within yourself. Self-love is something that I didn't understand before this adventure, but now I can actually say that I am full of self-love and can let go of things that are no longer serving me. All of the practitioners I met are fantastic people and really good at what they do. I had experiences that I cannot fully explain. One of my guides told me to stop trying to put it into words and accept the experience as it was. I was skeptical going into this, but I was in such a bad place, that I knew it wouldn't hurt. However, I had no idea the value I would find at SSA. I found myself.

The coordinator that I worked with made everything easy for me. All of the practitioners are nearby so I wasn't spending a lot of time going between locations. I received a schedule and locations at my orientation and everything was organized so I didn't have to put any thought into it at all. Also, several of my sessions ran over the allotted time because they weren't watching the clock. They were all truly invested in me and gave me the best experience to get what I needed. You have to go into this ready to experience a transformation and be willing to let go of things that are no longer adding value to your life. They won't be able to do the work for you, but you will have the right tools and the right guides to help you on your journey.

I was exhausted at the end of each day because I was fully invested in each session. Being vulnerable and honest is emotionally draining, but I would have paid twice as much as I did for the transformation I experienced.

For some practicalities, I wore leggings and sweatshirts every day with no makeup and didn't worry about my hair. Be comfortable and don't worry about dressing to impress. You need to be able to get out of your head and that's hard to do if you are wearing things that are uncomfortable. Crying is a normal thing and don't try to hold in your emotions. Letting go is a big part of this experience. You will hear things and learn things that are completely new to you but don't dismiss it because you don't fully understand it. Lean into the experience and go in with an open mind and open heart. Definitely rent a car. There are a lot of places to eat nearby but I chose to buy a small cooler and put drinks and snacks in my car in the event I wasn't feeling up to going into a restaurant. I was very thankful for those items on several occasions. I took this trip on my own and did not try to keep anyone updated on what I was experiencing. It was my time and I kept it to myself. I didn't work after the sessions and stayed as "in the zone" as possible.

The one thing I recommend above all is to give yourself time after your adventure to absorb everything and don't go back to your normal life immediately after the sessions are complete. I finished on a Wednesday and stayed until the following Monday. That allowed me time to reflect in the space where I experienced my transformation. I was able to go hiking and watch the sunrise each day.

I truly hope you choose to do this. You are researching it for a reason. Listen to your heart and soul. I believe it saved my life. It certainly changed the trajectory of my life.

Everything was remarkable, from my initial phone interview to the guidance leading up to and during my adventure as well as the incredible spirit guides assigned to me and the experts that helped me during my personal sessions. I felt so welcome and safe.

My experience was truly amazing and what I needed at the time. I was able to take back things that I needed to process my grief and more. I definitely recommend this place to anyone having a hard time finding there way back towards experiencing grief or hurt and pain.

I had the most wonderful, magical and awe inspiring trip to Sedona, thanks to Sedona Soul Adventures. My angel guide really got to know me, what I needed and wanted to get from my trip and created the perfect itinerary for me. I was able to meet with some amazing people who changed my life!

From the moment I connected with my soul guide to each individual session I attended, everything was well thought out and planned perfectly. My soul guide really listened to what I needed giving him the opportunity to create an amazing week long soul retreat!

SSA was able to create an itinerary in which each session build on the one prior. Was a truly enlightening and transformative experience. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to find a way back to knowing who they truly are.

It was a great time with caring folks. Your mind will be opened to your soul through a window of spiritual abundance.
