I’m very happy with the seeds I ordered. Even though my order was very small, it was very kind and unexpected that the sender cared enough to check whether everything was fine and whether the parcel had reached me safely. Ordered seeds on march 14th, was supposed to be 2/5, days delivery. A week later i was refunded for 2 items, no reason was given. I emailed on march 27th..i had a response the next day saying that items were out of stock and they asked if i wanted a refund.
I said all i wanted to know if the items were on their way or not. Didn't receive a response since.
Ive missed the planting window now. So very disappointed after allowing this company to waste my time when i could have ordered them from somewhere else and not missed the planting window.
I will never order from this company again.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how disappointing it is to miss the planting window.
Because we receive orders for the same items through multiple marketplaces, stock can sometimes sell out faster than expected. In your case, the two unavailable items were refunded automatically, and a notification should have been sent to the email address used for the order. We should have communicated this more clearly, and we are sorry for the confusion this caused.
The remaining items from your order were shipped last week with PostNL, and the tracking information was also sent by email.
We also sincerely apologize that our reply took longer than our usual 24 hours. During the high season, response times can sometimes be longer, but we know this is not the level of service you expected, and we are actively working to improve it.
We are sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused.

Part of the order was missing because the products were out of stock. Delivery time a bit long. Otherwise ok.

Vorige week dinsdag besteld. Levering zou in België moeten zijn op 2 tot 3 werkdagen. Er zit echter geen beweging in de levering, geen trackingcode, niets. Ook geen reactie op de mail die ik naar het bedrijf stuurde.
