terrible company. I got hacked and had to get a new card. They sent a new card then blocked it. Then they continued to add on late fees and lord knows what other charges. I couldn't check to verify and charges, I couldn't pay, they couldn't withdraw from my account (I was on autopay) because I had to change accounts. I called and they said I could get a link to use my new debit card. When I called for the link they said they couldn't send one. I made several calls and they were ingnored. Now they call me and tell me to call them back. When I try I can't get past their "AI answering" machine. I reported them to the Federal Rseerve.

ABSOLUTE JOKE.....MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PUT UNDER REVIEW 2 TIMES IN THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS!!!! AND FOR WHAT? BECAUSE I PAY IT OFF EVERYTIME??...STRAIGHT JOKE AND THEY WONT UNLOCK YOU ACCOUNT AND YOU CANT GET ANYBODY ON THE PHONE THAT CAN DO ANYTHING...NOT ACCEPTING THIS RESPONSE BELOW...YOU CALL THE NUMBER AND NOBODY CAN ASNWER THE QUESTION AS TO WHY AND YOU CANT GET TRANFERED TO THE PROPER DEPARTMENT...YOU MUST WAIT 5 BUISNESS DAYS BEFORE THE REVIEW IS COMPLETED...AGAIN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I have been waiting for 1 month for a return and still waiting. I have gotten 4 different stories on how it’s going to be refunded. This last time they said it would be refunded in 5 to 7 business days. Well today is day 7 and nothing. So I called them for the 26th time and the latest lie it will be there in 10 days. 10 days I have already waited a month. And all this for $139. I just want my money back that they owe me. What a joke. Stay away from this company.

They gave me a pre-qualified offer even though I have a bankruptcy on my report. I even let them do an additional soft pull, which they accepted, and they offered for me to finish an application for an unsecured card. Then they did a hard pull, but they denied me for one reason only: that a bankruptcy was on my report.

Maybe tell us beforehand that you deny for bankruptcy. The fact that you did a soft pull and didn't deny me right away, but then let me do a hard pull? You could have easily seen the bankruptcy under a soft pull; so many companies have found it by doing a soft pull.

Also, Buy Now, Pay Later apps have found my bankruptcy without my SSN, so you could have found it without a soft pull and saved me a hard pull. For a company that claims to want to help your credit score, they did not actually mean it.

Saying I didn't pay my payment even tho it cleared the bank and I was set up on autopsy. They locked my card because of their mistake, then said on my app I owe 12 minimum fee so I sent 10 more dollars totaling 40.00 and charged late fee when I was Not late. Their app is a piece of crap and the company lies n won't take responsibility for their faults

If there were a score lower than zero, even that would be too good for them. My credit score dropped by 79 points unfairly, even though I have made all my payments on time and without any delay.

This company does not have a valid phone number or a desktop website to communicate with. I was locked out of my account through no fault of mine, and was completely unable to log back in even though I made several attempts to do a password reset, thus leaving me no options to make a payment. When I finally found a phone number, I had to make an online payment with an agent. There are no corporate phone numbers although they are listed: they are disconnected. I will notify the attorney general in my state as soon as possible and I will be immediately closing this account. @ Seen: don't bother responding because your phone number and fake messages do not help anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM CARD

We came dressed in what we genuinely considered chic attire—linen shorts, linen pants, Birkenstocks, and a polished overall look. We were absolutely not in beachwear.

What made the experience especially frustrating is that the reservation confirmation never explained any specific dress requirements. There was no warning about shorts, sandals, or anything else. Only when we arrived did we see a sign at the entrance stating “no beachwear” and “chic” attire.

That is exactly how we were dressed in our minds: chic, stylish, and appropriate for a nice evening out. Yet we were still turned away, even after speaking with the manager.

If the restaurant has a strict policy such as no shorts or no Birkenstocks, that should be clearly stated when the reservation is made, not left to interpretation at the door.

They offered for us to come back another time, but after an experience like this, why would we want to? It completely spoiled what was supposed to be a special evening and left a very disappointing impression.

Horrible customer service and experience is not good and I just received my card. I made two transactions on my card and then my card was immediately under review. I waited a week before they requested my ID and a selfie. I completed the ID request and the selfie request and I have been waiting another week for it to be open and ready for use again. I called in to customer service rep, who then had to reach out to a different department and was unable to reach the department after putting me on hold twice. It seems like this company is not very good in Customer Service or timeliness. Now I’m sitting here with a card that I can’t use still under review. I will pay my balance and not use them again and if I were you, I would not get a card from this company.

Easy and fast credit approval. I am an older gentleman, and I wish I was able to sign in on my computer and pay my balance as I have trouble seeing on my iPhone. Hopefully they will give credit increase fast. All my other credit cards started me off with $750-$1600 Here I was only given $300.00 with a $75.00 fee. I hope they add my payment to my account fast like my other cards. Will write back after I have been with them for a while So far so good!.

You can see by these folks low rating that they are dishonest at best! They bait you in with offer of a higher credit limit of $3000 then give you $300. Bait and switch !

Got pre approved for it was easy to get the funds

Intrusive, Unprofessional, and Completely Unreliable

SEEN froze my account without warning and demanded an excessive amount of personal documentation — including a full bank statement — just to keep my own money accessible.

I provided everything they asked for: driver license, selfie verification, and the bank statement. Despite that, my account has remained “under review” with no communication, no timeline, and no transparency.

Their verification process is intrusive, their customer service is unresponsive, and their risk department operates like a black box.

If you value stability, privacy, or basic professionalism, avoid SEEN. There are far better options that don’t treat customers like suspects.

Anyone who is just starting out to build your credit this is the perfect card to start out with. One there is no security deposit, two it's fast and you get a decision within minutes, and three you have a virtual card you can use before the actual card arrives. If, used wisely, they will gradually increase your spending limit.

This is an update to my review, posted on the 3rd o July 2026. The next day after posting my review, about fraudulent charges, I received an email from Seens Fraud department, stating they had concluded they're investigation, they're conclusion I made the purchases. Why in the world would I report the charges, if I made them, why would I close my card and request another sent to me, if it was an unkown transaction. Even the company, the transactions were made at, told me it wasn't me, but wouldn't tell me who it was, only Seen if they called them. It's obvious Seen didn't even bother to Investigate this. I have a right for copies of all paperwork pertaining to they're decision, I am now waiting on an email from the fraud dept. To request it, Customer Service was no help, when called. Feeling
Like they don't want to talk anymore about it. I really he people see this review, if they did this to me it will surely happen to someone else. My conclusion the Fraud department must have incompetent people employed by Seen. Beware

My experience is great because there was no hidden information. Everything from annual fees to late fees, due dates, and payment methods was disclosed. They took a chance on me when no one else did.
