Poor experience
I’m afraid I had quite a poor experience with Seer. It initially took about 2-3 months for Seer to even contact me after the Dr first sent a referral, despite the GP following up several times.
Then, when I arrived at the Adelaide location at the time of my appointment, nobody answered the door for about 15 minutes. I was tempted to give up, but then finally someone came to the door and appeared upset with me for knocking (because they were with a patient at the time).
At the end of my appointment, I was told that the results would be with the GP in a week, and that I should schedule an appointment in 2 weeks just to be on the safe side. I scheduled the 2 week appointment, and yet the results were not in. So I had to schedule a repeat appointment (and pay for both), with the GP chasing the results from Seer.
Then I was referred back to Seer Medical for a home EEG. Two weeks went by, and Seer didn’t contact me. When I reached out, I received a template email informing me that the home EEGs were no longer available. And yet there had been no attempt to contact me to communicate this.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. However, the lady who actually did my EEG in Adelaide was lovely - she was kind and professional and thoughtful.

I was offered a job through this…
I was offered a job through this company and I was super excited!! It’s medical, sales and work from home. However, it was a scam. They sent me $6000 to set up asked for money back(typical scam) I tried to contact the company several times to speak to someone and never got a reply. This is a scam!!! BEWARE!!

In return if the monitoring the lady at Seer Medical was once again so nice and helpful. I wish I knew her name but unfortunately I can’t remember.

I cannot give 5 stars as my Bug went flat 2 days before I finished my program. So I sent it back then. I found it easy to use and the instructions were clear. No bother to use for a lady over 75,

Very responsive to request for service. Communication was provided in a timely manner and was directed to specific needs. Face to face appointment was well organised, friendly and comprehensive. Overall the experience was reassuring and supportive.

The staff I dealt with were fantastic. The person who hooked me up to the machine was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. A joy to deal with.
When I had a query during the procedure I was able to get prompt and appropriate advice on the phone from home.
The App worked, and worked well. I'm still using it.
