Seer Medical were fantastic. Throughout the entire process of doing my 7 day ECG/EEG I was kept informed - from getting in touch from the original referral, setting appointment dates, connecting the equipment, reminders what to do with equipment daily, notifying of any electrodes that needed attention and the return and final reporting of the monitoring. Cannot fault their attention to detail and would highly recommend for an at-home week of monitoring. Thank you Seer Medical. Jen W :)

Staff were helpful and informative. Although the equipment was difficult and very uncomfortable we did get an outcome. The only issue we had was the report to my gp got lost and I had to chase it up.

We found Seer Medical to be excellent. The support team were fantastic. When we phoned for advice throughout the 7 days everyone was so helpful and kind. Nothing was ever a problem when we needed to ask questions. The lovely lady who set up the electrodes and equipment on the first day was so professional, gentle and efficient. She explained everything so well. I found the video on how to reapply the electrodes very helpful and informative as well. We can’t thank everyone enough for helping to diagnose Mum so we can provide her with the correct help and medication to give her the best quality of life. Dr Ben Tsang was amazing, he was the Dr who referred us to have this procedure done with Seer Medical. We are so very grateful for his help and patience as Mum is doing so much better because she has been given a correct diagnosis. Thank you to all invoked in making a difficult time for our family a positive one.

Although the service I received from the sunshine coast Seers clinic was excellent (5 stars), the process to book this test in was incredibly difficult. Every time I called, I had to wait for someone to call me back. As I work normal work hours, I could not answer my phone during work hours, so do not have the ability to just answer my mobile when seer's chose to return my call regarding my appointment. It took weeks and weeks to get my appointment organised. Very poor system for booking appointments. No tsure why you cant just be transferred to an available operator or wait on hold during a lunch break. Very difficult to communicate changes in appointment times etc.

Equipment was easy to use and the instructions were clear.
Electrodes on the scalp were very uncomfortable but at least they all stayed on. i appreciated being able to have the procedure at home.

I have had pleasure of having two appointments with seer medical and cannot fault them with their service and equipment.I have had two different procedures each time .The staff was very helpful and informative.from start to finish.Thanks.

From the moment I attended for fitment of the monitor I felt secure and that I was in good hands. The information given at fitment was concise and easily understood. The care given whilst wearing the monitor was a bit of a shock, in the best possible way, I received daily reminders with regard placement of the communications hub and on a couple of occasions received a call asking me to check the security of the electrodes. While the privacy aspect was quite disturbing for my wife, the overall experience was very good.

What a wonderful service.
We had frequent contact with Seer Medical before and during the procedure.
Staff was always available if we had any questions, would phone or send a message if one of the leads had been displaced.

Procedure was quick and technician was lovely.

Process relatively simple. Staff efficient but very impersonal lacking in social niceties. Return of equipment just that. No clinical feedback merely “put it over there and thanks”.
This company has a good business for accessing Medicare funds.

I received any help that I needed during the time that I required during my treatment. The staff were excellent. The treatment all flowed without any problems.

Staff were always polite and helpful making it easy to firstly ask questions and secondly get a clear answer.
I had been waiting 16years for an answer to my problems and if it wasn't for Seer Medical I'd be still waiting.

Everyone I dealt with were extremely helpful and kind. They answered all the questions I had without making me feel silly for asking them. The lady who put on the electrodes was exceptionally gentle and considerate.

The whole experience was great. I was well looked after and all aspects of the procedure were fully explained.

Had EEG monitoring for seven days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. App was easy to use.

I am still waiting for my report. The technicians were great however 4 weeks is a long time to wait for the outcome. Still waiting...

The monitoring took place over 10 days. The fitting of the equipment was incident free as was the removal. The monitoring was successful in that it answered questions about the nature of the seizures.
