Seer medical is such a seamless and user friendly experience.
We love the tech and the comfort of the actual headgear. Our 10 year old has used it twice now in the last 6 months both for over a week. She has had them too in the hospitals and they just aren’t as comfortable nor the probs as secure. The comfort and ease of being able to monitor at home.
The people are great and helpful.
The only annoying thing is the camera and having to lug it around the house which I guess got a well is worth the trade off considering the information we want.
Our feedback from the neuro was that our child had been unable to be viewed sometimes during record events, due to things in the way. Which could have partially been our fault but we don’t know how the camera views things and kids tend to move around.

The information provided before the test was accurate and helpful. I rang a few times for extra information and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The premises in Alexandria were convenient and comfortable. The technology is amazing.

Very professional practice, and painless, although electrode glue was a bugger to remove at the end of the seven days of EEC.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I found the experience to be very good. The staff member that fitted the equipment to my head was very pleasant and fully explained what was going on. Any enquires I had whilst fitted with the equipment before and after was also handled very well by team members at the call centre .

Seer Medical EEG with Video
Seer Medical, very quickly started to help and got an EEG with video for my Daughter with in 2 weeks, The hospital wait was up to 2 years, The lady who put it on was very caring, and the support while she was wearing it was great.
They fast tracked the results as we had new issues.
Highly recommend

They explained the procedure and carried out their rollexpertly. The procedure was extremely difficult, but the saff were great.

A long 7 days
I was kept informed about the process from the time I made the appointment, until I returned the equipment.
It was uncomfortable at first, but, the staff explained what to expect and how to manage - including sleep.
I followed their instructions about removal of the electrodes and booked an appointment at the local hairdresser later on for a good shampoo and head massage which was well deserved
