Horrendous SCAM website, avoid at all costs!
Not only did I not receive my parcel or any updates in two weeks, they don't answer any emails.
Started a dispute with Amex, hope ill get my money back.

We (SoLoveAble) ended our partnership with Seezona at the end of November 2025. Unfortunately, I never received a confirmation of the termination.
The products were removed from the online shop which is good, however, I have not received the payout for items that were already sold.
Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, the payment is still outstanding. Communication is polite but very vague, with no clear timeline for settlement.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with this company.

I had ordered an item that turned out to be out of stock. The company contacted me immediately and i was refunded pretty fast. Made me happy to consider ordering again

This is definitely a SCAM company! Seazeno is one of the names used by this company that sells inferior products! They have videos and pictures of nice looking knitted jackets and coats, but send you thin cheap jackets with prints of knotted knitting on them. Truly NOT the same as the items shown on their website! Wish I could show a star rating of -5 stars! Customer service refuses to send an address to return the items and issue a refund! Even after repeated emails they've only responded once to offer a 20% coupon and no refund! Crooks!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM. I ordered a $400 dress for my rehearsal dinner and the item came damaged. I sent the item back 4 months ago and still have not received a refund. For a while, their customer service team would respond with excuses about delays at their warehouse delaying my return. Eventually, they sent me a 'refund confirmation' stating that my refund had been issued after I threatened to post a public review. This was clearly fake and just intended to placate me, it has been two months since I received that email and still have not received a refund. Now their customer service team has stopped responding to me entirely. They clearly never intended to refund my order and upon reading other reviews and instagram comments, it seems that they are intentionally sending customers damaged merchandise. Do yourself a favor and avoid this fraudulent company at all costs.

This is my second review because I'm so distraught by my experience with Seezona.

PLEASE - NOBODY ORDER FROM THIS WESBITE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU.

I feel completely violated and stolen from. I'm waiting for a 1k + refund and customer service hasn't replied to me since September.

Do not order from them.

I ordered a skirt from Seezona, but it was delivered faulty. Customer service rep initially seemed to be accommodating and promised a refund within 21 business days (!). I was naive enough to agree to that and Seezona knew what they were doing - after that long time has passed I can’t claim it from PayPal. The store obviously never intended to refund me and stopped replying.

We joined Seezona as a partner brand (UNDRESS) and listed products on their platform. Orders were processed and sold, but Seezona stopped remitting payments for items sold and has not responded to our repeated emails and invoice reminders. Lack of payment and a failure to communicate left us no choice but to terminate the partnership. This experience seriously affected our cash flow and trust. We advise other brands to proceed with caution and to require secure payment terms before shipping products.

Earrings look surprisingly cheap for the cost and are not returnable once opened to examine. Catch-22!

Agnes!

The dress arrived last night in good condition and glistening even brighter than in the photos. It fit my wife perfectly, and she couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable she felt in it! She seemed totally stunned that I could pull off such a feat when she’d been spinning her wheels for over a month.
She got only and found some nice gold Steve Madden pumps.

I couldn’t be happier about the outcome and service you and the team provided!

I ordered the Malo cologne, one of my husband's favorite scents! After a few weeks, the seal got stuck inside the cap. I emailed customer service, and they assisted me professionally and promently with a solution! I will continue purchasing time and time again. Thank you Seezona!

The agent Agnes made the return experience seamless but even better Agnes made it easy for me to repurchase the item. I appreciate Agnes going above and beyond to help me get the product I wanted even if the original size did not work.

This was the absolute best customer service experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer. High recommend. They were quick and extremely attentive.

The earrings I got are gorgeous. I love the quality of the product and it was quickly shipped and delivered.

Beautiful high quality Blazer at a great price. Unfortunately the size didn't fit me but, despite the international shipping, they were true to their full return policy and were very pleasant in their communications. I would definitely buy from them again.
