Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Both Kayla Weishaar and Grace Sloville easily exceeded my expectations. There can do attitudes made a sometimes stressful event seamless and worry free. You are fortunate to have them on your team. Southeast Financial was quick , friendly and communicated often and responded timely. I found that all their communication was accurate and answered my questions usually before I even asked them. They also had competitive rates.

A very easy and pleasant experience. Their communication was excellent and informative. Their loan portal was easy to use and helpful to streamline the process.

The ladies that worked on my loan was awesome but 1 week before I get my boat the financial department told me I need another $10,000 after saying I only need 10% down and I put an extra $3,000 on top of the 10% then say lint was my credit well they knew what my score was at the beginning so that is why no gave a 3 star.

I mainly dealt with Alison Ragsdale. She was such a pleasure to work with! Very prompt w/emails, often after work hours! The process was very quick and easy.

The application process was very easy and was handled very efficiently. Amanda was our loan advisor and a pleasure to work with. We were able to get the loan processed and through in a very timely manner, which was greatly appreciated.

Brooke C made my experience great. Email, text massages every step of the way. I knew when my loan application was received, processed, and approved, which only took a day. Seller had questions on the process Brooke answered all his questions he had to move forward. Cheyenne D was great as well. Awesome staff, friendly professional, and very thorough.
