Jon ALWAYS got back with me with QUICK and USEFUL responses to my questions before, during and AFTER the insurance selection/ review process.

Very helpful in follow up. Only got a quote from pacific life as they said that was the best option. Hope they were right.

I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of the people I dealt with! They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns quickly and concisely.

In the end the insurance was much cheaper than initially quoted, a pleasant surprise.

It took about one year to get my policy. An ongoing series of failed communication, unreturned calls, lost information. It was horrible. Very nice and pleasant people, but a terrible way to run a business.
