Well, I'm not sure how I went from trying to get a card from Medicare- to applying to Medical Plan.
Your staff from Victor, Joseph Key and Cheslea were great.

I spoke with Mia for almost 2 hours and thankfully she was so nice and knowledgeable. However the company needs to fix their phone system. I swear the reason it took so long was because there's like a 10 second delay in them hearing you. It was really quite awkward and annoying. Despite that, Mia was excellent and I feel confident that she recommended the very best plan for me.

Health insurance made easy.

All I had to do was call, give them some information about myself, and I had health insurance again. This was definitely 100% the easiest way to get some assistance.

I waited 22 minutes on the phone!


I waited on the phone twenty two minutes. I do look at my phone for timing for that reason. Then your company hung up on me. Yes I was very mad. No one called me. I am very dissatisfied with this company. This is a bad impression!

The representative was very knowledgeable and polite. Provided me with the best option that would benefit my needs. Explained in full each benefit such as vision, dental, hearing, etc. I definitely recommend Select Quote to help with your Medicare needs. Of course there is always room for improvement but I was very satisfied with the outcome.
