Extremely helpful and polite service answered all questions and helped with any issues, Jenna was extremely helpful with sorting any issues we had

First of all you get a snake oil salesperson.
You get to see pictures and videos of the potential new property.
Reference Checklist takes the proverbial though.
They ask too many questions, and you have to submit too many documents.
They turned me down, even though I offered to pay 6 months rent upfront.
Ah well, another company has already received my rent.
I went to look at the tower blocks, uHaus looks like Berlin during the Cold War.
My new rental property has got a lot more style and character.
No sales percentage for the salesperson from Select Residential.

Excellent service. We were extremely pushed for time and Manny was able to help us get a viewing for our property and move in a week later. The service provided by Select Residential, and Manny specifically, made everything very clear and easy for us and was massively appreciated. Would highly recommend Manny as a letting agent.

A highlight, and why I'm making this review, is my interaction with Anna from property management team.

I had a huge emergency recently, which required understanding and quick action. I tried contacting multiple times and each time I got a professional, but distant answer.

When I reached Anna she listened to my problem, provided me with options and went an extra mile to to help me out.

Couple highlights:
- after a long phone call, Anna sent an email which gave an overview of the conversation and accurately represented my situation.
- Anna then proceeded to contact me directly via WhatsApp and went an extra way to give me updates multiple times a day.
- Anna provided me not just with the standard recommendations, but also went out of her way to provide alternative routes.

From the start of our enquiry on our flat to signing the papers, our letting agent Manny was nothing less than amazing. As first time renters Manny made the process very easy. Specifically when dealing with our referencing, Manny dealt with the external referencing team to speed the process up and less stressful for us as tenants.

Emilia Alexandra is definitely professional! She brought us a wonderful viewing when we got to Affinity. I can confirm if I choose affinity, the reason will be her service. She told me about living experiences and gave me useful advice.

Manny Stone was the reason for this experience being flawless. Renting an apartment especially for international students is always one of the hardest tasks but doing it through Manny was a fun journey. Manny is really passionate about ber job and this reflected on my experience, she did put all her energy and efforts on finding me the apartment I wanted. She was always on time, she never answered late, she doesn’t make me feel like I am asking for so much. This experience made me suggest affinity living not only because affinity living is a great place to live in but because Manny reflected that affinity has the best people for each job.

I have been dealing with Theo and his team. Excellent team and made it easy for us on all the different aspects. We have used other agents previously but the experience with this team has been very positive. We got tenant for our property within 10 days of completion of the property work.
I would recommend Theo and his team to anyone interested in using agents.
