The website is complicated in regards to the $40 referral credit, contacted customer service they said I didn't qualify for it after referring my dad, who lives on same property but we live in separate units, share PO Box cause didn't make sense for me to get a second one. So i was told i could get it anyways after a small conversation, went and placed order thinking it would automatically apply, nope! No I'm told i needed to run thru a bunch hoops delete these, delete that in browser n on phone then restart and open with link. Spent 45 mins doing it over and over. Should not have been that complicated but being told no its no complicated, yet it did not work so instead I got a 20% and for me to get that credit its now forcing me to spend over $200 which i did not want to spend. So I opted in only getting $30 discount as thats what I could afford atm. Then I go to make my next order this week and get a msg pls contact customer service, so I click on site chat and I cannot access it ... just blank... so ok I'll just email sent it out on a friday which was a holiday not really expecting a response till after long weekend, but got one within an hr asking my name and I responded and now nothing all weekend and nothing after long weekend. Very disappointed! Only good is the the fast shipping

I ordered and then realized that I wouldn’t be in town for the next couple months and tried to cancel my order within 5 min and they wouldn’t let me . Not very good service

It is what it is. Win some, you may lose all.. so, ask yourself next time- "am I native enough?". No such thing as a scam, without the experience of it. Nope. No problems here. So take your knowledge and move on forward.

Wonderful service as always. I have really appreciated the opportunity to pay via e-transfer because I don’t have a credit card so makes things so much easier.

i order now for a long time from them but tere payment system sucks there is always problems its not worth the time i love there service always reliable but when the system is off then you need to buy siggarettes from the gas station since this e transfer method was implemented they more offline than open come on .

Update: I have been laughed at and banned from their site for leaving this review.

I am extremely, beyond frustrated. These guys have been so awesome for the past 2 years. 2 stars because they messed up. Bad.

I received an email from Select Smokes in September saying they would ship via UPS during our Canada Postal STRIKE. Yet, my package was shipped through Canada Post?!! Canada Post does not deliver on weekends and Holidays so my package is delayed. I am on my 4th pack of smokes from the gas station, waiting.

UPS delivers in 2-3 days, ON weekends and Holidays!! This is who they SAID they would ship it through! What happened here?

With Canada post on strike you give credit to all affected I'm sure saved a lot of hair lines mine included THANK YOU SO MUCH

They are scammer they will take your etranfer and will not return it and block your account. Just return my etransfer or place my order. Been.loysl customer for years.

You deliver top notch service and product. Been a customer for a few years.

The website is easy to navigate, there is a wide selection to choose from and the shipping is very quick. I found my first selection (Canadian Classics Original) to weak, but that is strictly personal preference.

Why it is taking too long to fix the problem with accepting credit cards . I will not use any other form of payment for my purchase until the problem is solved.

They are banned customers because have bad experience with ups and Adm customers service he doesn't have any knowledge about website and mass up everything about inquiry with customers and they higher on any site I find site not have all brands and way less on they charge and their cigarettes are drying and tobacco fall in package . And they not accurate about shipping date

Hit or miss. Smokes are not sealed and the filters can be missing for whole cartons. Always an issue not getting consistent smokes. They send you the wrong smokes a lot that’s why I quit using them. If you’re paying 15$ extra a carton than other sites and have longer delivery times and not correct smokes that’s massive mess ups. Customer service is off

I've been buying rose gold full flavor cigarettes from select for a while since another brand I was using kept leaking at the filters. Everything was good for a while and then I have a batch that came in that are basically doing the same thing and these cigarettes are burning really fast. I find. I don't get the full flavor like I used to. If I wrap masking tape around the filter where the cigarette meets then I get a better draw. So the filters are still leaking and it feels weird to suck on a cigarette like that. But it's true all the cigarettes are in packed very tight. Usually you can light the cigarette together and flares up for a half an inch. A lot of the cigarette tobacco drops in the package. So I don't know what's going on here. That's two brands I've been buying from them and both brands having problems.

A pleasureable experience with no hassle at all.

Items ship either from Ontario or BC... We are from east coast, so ship out location is important to make sure ored arrive within 1 or 2 days. As per customer service, orders placed between 3PM and 11PM ship out from Ontario. That is not the case and orders still ship out from BC with a 1 week delivery time.

We will find another supplier that only has warehouses in east coast.

We did find 2 other suppliers that even are cheaper with the same promo on first order and points collections.

Can't be trusted.

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would.
I'm in Québec city, and delivery time always surprises me, super fast, even this week where Monday was a holiday, I got my package a day early !
And whenever I have questions I always get fast and great answers on the LIVE CHAT on their site.
I wish I knew about them before ! I've been a customer for over a year and I hope nothing ever changes ! Great prices, fast delivery and responses, and friendly people to top it all off ! Do not hesitate ! Thank You guys, you rock !!!
