Quality jewellery at reasonable prices

I have purchased several enamel jewellery pieces from Selenichast and was satisfied with their quality. I could not find these designs elsewhere. They were presented in nice cardboard boxes and delivered within the expected time frame. I also previously purchased a mystery box and was disappointed that the item had scratches, but this was quickly and easily rectified by customer service offering a gift card if equivalent value.

Good design but poor quality

The design of the jewerly is really nice, so much that attracted my attention online. But the materials are really cheap compared to the price. Not even 1 month after the purchase and the gold finish is already gone!

Drop shipping scam

Drop shipping scam. All their jewelry can be found of Ali Express, Shein, Temu, etc.

Edit: Your products can literally be found on wholesale websites for a fraction of the price you charge, and your products literally break due to being poorly made, but lol suuuuuuure go ahead and claim you aren't drop shippers. Clowns.

I never bought anything however upon browsing I saw the exact necklace I bought off either temu or shein (can't remember which) I got it for about 6 euro yet these are selling it for over 30 euro. This site has some beautiful things however this was enough to turn me off.

[UPDATE] SCAM and a huge disappointment

Made my purchase during Black Friday. The parcel was marked as “shipped” two days later, but the tracking link sent to me led to a suspicious Chinese website showing no information at all. Checked on Royal Mail directly, status remained “We’re expecting it,” meaning they never received the parcel from the sender. Waited another two weeks. Still no update.(For comparison, I ordered items from another small retailer on the same day and received everything within a week as promised.)

Wrote my first enquiry email. Took them two days just to send me a useless reply telling me to contact Royal Mail to see if I can collect it myself to "speed things up.” How? How am I supposed to collect a parcel that they never received in the first place?

Wrote another email. After another two-day wait, they provided no explanation, no accountability, no timeline, just the same pointless “we’re following up and urging them.” They also refused to issue a refund. No promises, no deadlines, not even basic customer service. (And tracking status still showing expecting)

At this point, it feels like once they take your money, nothing else matters to them. Still no parcel, still no refund.

If you prefer donating money to scammers rather than to actual charities, go ahead and shop here.

[UPDATE - DEC 17th]
Raised a refund via PayPal and received it within two days. After the refund was issued, they told me I could keep the parcel and revise my review. Few days later, I eventually received the parcel - inside were only shattered paper and broken boxes. There were no necklaces or products of any kind. Delivery issue? Possibly. But how do you explain the complete absence of items and the deliberately assembled packaging? With the delays, lack of explanation, and what was ultimately delivered, my experience speaks for itself. I'm sharing this update for transparency.

I initially ordered some necklace and earrings for my other half, but then I later changed my mind and would like to cancel the order.

Their customer service team are very helpful and proceed the refund promptly.

If there are any given opportunities, I'd like to order from them again.

Beautiful jewelery but long delivery

+ I adore the jewelery they sell. It is as pretty as pictured.
+ Always some sort of sale, so keep track on the jewelery you like and you might get a better price
+ / - the charms are of good quality. The necklace itself is decent, but can be switched out after the purchase.

- Long arrival time, it took 3 weeks and 1 day from I ordered until I got the package.
- The tracking number I had to write manually, as the link only brought me to the tracking site but didn't input the tracking number automatically.

Extremely Slow Refund & Poor Delivery Service, Order Number: 67497

I ordered a ring from Selenichast in October, and the experience has been very disappointing. They used a delivery company called Ecoscooting that I had never heard of before, and the package was returned without ever being delivered to me.

Since then, I’ve been emailing Selenichast to request my refund. They do reply to messages, but the issue is that the refund is still not processed. Today is November 20, and I’ve been waiting far too long. Every time they tell me to “wait for the bank,” but nothing changes.

The combination of a problematic shipping company and a very slow refund process makes this experience completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I’m never ordering anything from them ever again.

Scammed

The order went smoothly up until the point of paying for my order. After that no-one answers the emails, no orders are being shipped and no explanations given. I think its obvious what a scam is. Please protect yourselves and do not buy from here.
