at first it wasn’t working and i didn’t understand how to use the app so i missed payments but ive had it for months and i still haven’t seen my credit pop up

Easy to follow guidance and advice leading me forward. In eight months I have raised my score from 611 to 721. I am very thankful that I discovered you guys.i'm going to do another six months to get up in the excellent credit range. Thank you.

My score grew greatly my credit limit rose up even tho they reversed a theft claim that so called couldn’t be proven i like him

They constantly throw AI generated help that barely works this overall has been the worst card to use they are also closed on weekends and closed after 5-6 they stated the statement would take a month but was showing 2 days later effecting credit when i paid right after and will take 90 days for credit amount to go over 100$ I cancelled and they still are showing effecting my credit and since its the weekend they is nothing to do but wait and worry what is happening thanks to this company

I paid off my self account early and it raised my credit score by 100. I’m going to continue using Self

I appreciate the ability to save my money incrementally as I’m not good with money. However I do not appreciate messages saying I have a payment due when I usually pay as soon as I get paid around the 3rd of the month. I look forward to my last payment and to see if this was worth my time!

I’m tired of this app taking my money and don’t even offer identity theft protection every month. Utilize the credit unions and charge cards I’m done here

The company is a rip off. They charged me fees for giving the company my own money to put in CD account. My credit didn't improve using this company. I lost about $100.00.

I have been a self customer for over a year now but when I added my rent on the self rental agreement my credit score dropped 20 points. I am not aware as to how it works when it comes to credit scores but I’m surely open for suggestions

Self is cool but I think they need to make a cheaper price plan maybe $30 and one maybe around $85 being the highest priced plan. Hopefully they can make this app kid friendly fo those "first time workers around the ages 14 - 16 to get them started off and better understand credit and how everything works, if that makes sense.

I wish I had never joined Swlf. Yeah. They app helped me improve my credit score, but their misguided information now has me fighting to get my money back from a credit card I didn’t want to the tune of $150 and a savings account that has $100 of my money I can’t get to. I just want my money and I will move on.

I closed my account, it's been almost a month and I have not received my deposit back. It took one second for them to take my deposit out of my account. Why should anyone have to wait for months to get their deposit back. As I write this review, I have not received it.

I like the products. My savings, debit card and credit card work. I'm not sure about all the features or how Self can help me obtain my goals faster.

Your account balance goes down all month with no statement to tell you where it goes.

I have a complaint I have submitted with documentation to Self on several occasions of a fraudulent Amazon account. What I need them to do it really investigated because I am not paying for the $599.00 charge. I stand 10 toes down on this!

I love the credit building opportunities with this app.
