I had an experience working with Zak Richardson, who provided me guidance on keywords that I didn’t understand before, and that part actually helped me in my publishing process.

Overall, I had a good experience, I would say. Their team had handled the formatting of my book and cover design quite well; now it looks more professional. The process was a bit slow, but as they say, good things take time.
