Great guys who want to do right by the customer. I sent my collection to them but there was an issue with UPS during the shipping process on UPS end. They continued to stay in touch with me throughout the process and helped get the claim submitted. In the end, an agreement was made for payout that was fair and didn't put the full loss of product if the claim isn't approved to be paid out onto me. Highly recommend these guys as they give fair prices but also work with you throughout the process to ensure it is fair and right. Much appreciated for them for this whole process! I've been wanting to sell my childhood Pokemon card collection for a long time, but I didn't want to take the time to sell individual cards. They didn't end up offering me what I wanted for my wotc pokemon holos based on conditions, but they shipped everything back the next day for free. Overall I will probably use them again but only for NM cards.

Hit a goldmine in a storagelocker a bunch of original pokeman 1st editions. Not only did they take the time to educate me on what to look for in the cards to see if I had any rare ones, but their offer totally worked for me after checking ebay sales on these cards. We buy dozens of lockers every year definitely hoping to find more of these things!
