The ability to track my profit and determine how much refunds I receive within that month.

Sellerboard does not work with the autoresponder. Trying to send an automatic review to customers and does not work. Contacted support and left on read multiple times.

I have been using Sellerboard since the start of my Amazon journey about four years ago, and it has been extremely helpful. I love that it pulls data directly from Amazon so you can see your real profits instead of rough estimates like some other tools. From this you can see clear product-level performance insights, which really helps you decide where to focus.

It also offers great features like reimbursement tracking, the ability to add multiple accounts, and You can even adjust settings to make the numbers more accurate by including shipping, other expense etc.

Overall, it’s been a very useful tool and one that is essential for any Amazon seller.
