Lowball Offer & Bad Customer Service
They claim online to give the highest offers on your valuables, including gemstones. I sent them a gold bracelet I paid $50 for as well as my wedding ring that was $700 it was 14 karat rose gold with a peach Morganite cushion cut stone as well as two small diamonds on the side. They offered me $100 for everything. I declined the offer, for very obvious reasons. I asked why the offer was so low and they stated the gemstones were useless even though their sight clearly states they value gemstones. After declining the offer they did not immediately send my jewelry back instead they sent me a text message asking what I was looking to receive for it I told them what my offer would be which was $300. They ignored every response I gave. And then about 4 days later sent me a text asking if I would like to move forward with the $100 offer completely ignoring all of my other messages. I yet again stated I did not want their lowball offer and I wanted my jewelry returned immediately. They finally conceded and now I'm waiting for my jewelry to be sent back in the mail. They do not hold your valuables to a high standard and they are horrible with customer service and responses.
