Founded in 2009 and acquired by Beyond79, LLC in 2014, Sell Your Gold is the company’s flagship consumer brand and a licensed and insured Online Precious Metals Buyer. Sell Your Gold helps customers across the United States safely sell gold, silver, platinum, jewelry, coins, bullion, diamonds, and luxury watches from the comfort of home. We’ve built our reputation on transparency, competitive offers, exceptional customer service, and a secure, customer-first selling experience.
Every shipment includes end-to-end package tracking and is insured for up to $500,000, giving customers confidence that their valuables remain protected from the moment they're shipped until their transaction is complete. Once your items arrive at our secure evaluation facility, our experienced appraisers carefully inspect and evaluate every item using advanced testing technologies, including XRF precious metal analysis, Sigma Metalytics authentication for bullion and coins, and Yehuda AI diamond detection. We also work with GIA-trained appraisers and industry-leading coin and diamond buyers to help ensure every item receives a fair and accurate market evaluation.
Our offers are based on current precious metal market prices, item purity, weight, condition, and collectible value when applicable. Most customers receive their offer the same day their items arrive at our facility, and once an offer is accepted, eligible payments can be issued within 24 hours through secure payment options, including direct deposit, PayPal, or check.
Our Best Price Guarantee reflects our commitment to providing one of the industry's most competitive offers. If you receive a higher written offer from another reputable online precious metals buyer, we'll beat it or pay you $100.* If you decide not to sell, we'll return 100% of your items free of charge. There are no hidden fees, no obligation to sell, and your valuables always remain yours until you accept our offer.
We're proud to be trusted by more than 15,000 verified Trustpilot reviews, thousands of Google reviews, and an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Our reputation has been earned by providing honest evaluations, transparent communication, secure shipping, competitive offers, and outstanding customer care to every customer.

Easy does it
Easy, convenient shipping options. The only thing which would be better is to have access to the appraisal details for instance exact weights and good purity by item. The customer service is exceptional.

I was absolutely astounded with the top tier service I received!!!
For anyone considering selling gold or silver I strongly recommend
I wish they also sold bullion so I could use their services for that as well
I contacted the bullion dealer I purchased my bullion from and there was a charge for processing and the price quoted was lower than Sell Your Gold!
Not only no charge to send it, but they then send a text/email with what they have offered
Which I happily accepted as it was significantly a better price
If I had not accepted, they would have shipped it back to me at no cost!
Daniel was exceptional!
I called back to ask if they also served Canadians as I have friends in Canada, sadly they don’t
But interaction with the company 5 STAR
Another benefit-I received a text same day dropped off package acknowledging it had been dropped
Next day offer came in-I said yes and voila! Done!

They offered half melt value. Its been over a month after denying the offer and I still haven't received the silver back. I consider these folks either incompetent or thieves or both.

Hi John,
We have been in contact with you throughout the return process and have made every effort to assist with the delivery of your package.
We noticed that you were not available to sign for the package when the carrier attempted delivery. This morning, we also attempted to reach you by phone and email with the information needed to help you obtain your package directly from the carrier.
If you have any questions or need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.
