Hello Agris,

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We're sorry to hear that you felt dissatisfied with both our pricing and the waiting period.

We strive to offer some of the best prices with the widest item acceptability on the CS2 cashout market, while also providing a simple and convenient selling process without the need to create listings or wait for buyers. There are also no hidden sales, withdrawals or handling fees. Because of this, our prices may slightly differ from what you'd see when entering peer-to-peer marketplaces.

Regarding the 8-day wait, this is unfortunately a result of Valve's CS2 Trade Protection system and applies to accepted trades across the ecosystem. As much as we'd like to, this is not something we can control or bypass.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve both our service and pricing wherever possible.

Thank you,
Your SellYourSkins Team

Hello,

We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.

We would like to clarify that returned transactions are extremely rare and are generally limited to situations involving obvious pricing errors, invalid valuations, or attempts to abuse incorrectly priced items. We do not cancel completed sales simply because market prices move up or down after the trade has been accepted.

In fact, even during recent market downturns, we honored payouts based on the agreed sale prices, despite the resulting losses on our side. Once a transaction has been accepted and validated, normal market fluctuations do not affect the amount we pay our users.

If your transaction was refunded, there was most likely a specific issue that prevented us from determining or honoring a valid price for the item involved. We'd be happy to review the details of your case if you contact our support team directly.

Thank you,
Your SellYourSkins Team

Hello Endriu,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We value full transparency, therefore we would like to clarify the situation because it seems there was a misunderstanding here.

First of all, we want to assure you that your payment was not delayed due to our system. The first attempt was rejected because your bank does not support incoming card payouts, which is the method you chose. Unfortunately, we have no influence over the internal regulations of individual banks.

We would also like to clarify the issue of contact with our support department:

- Your inquiry on our chat was received at 20:00.
- You received a response explaining the banking issue from us at 20:03.
- As soon as you provided new, correct transaction data, the funds were sent and appeared in your account within the next 5 minutes.

We assure you that your account was not blocked in any way. If you encountered difficulties sending an email, it may have been due to a mistake in the recipient's address - our help channels are fully active at all times.
