My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The product I received looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. The materials, craftsmanship, and overall quality were far inferior to what was promised.
To make matters worse, the item was quite expensive, making the discrepancy even more frustrating. I feel that the advertising is misleading and does not accurately represent the actual products being sold.
I regret making this purchase and would not recommend this website to others. Please be careful and read independent reviews before placing an order.

The address of return is not written on the website. If you buy something like a shirt and it does not fit. They refused to accept return and will give you a credit. They mislead me that it was in the US because I received the product quickly. Also, the shipping from is in Fremont Blvd , Fremont CA

This is a Chinese ecomm company based in Shenzhen which is not apparent from the website. The crossbody bag looked excellent on the website however the product received was very inferior and not to the same design. I checked the returns policy which is at the customer’s cost and original shipping costs are not refundable. I then contacted customer service for a returns address and process.

This is when I discovered I was required to return the product to China at international shipping costs. This would have cost an additional 50% of the items original purchase price.

Customer service were responsive and agreed a small refund as compensation instead of returning the product. I am awaiting refund.

Customers should consider
1. It took 15 days for delivery having paid for their fastest delivery option
2. The product was not as shown or described there is a high level of misrepresentation
3.Returns for refunds require international shipment at customer’s cost
