Semper has an amazing team that is always helpful, supportive and always resolves the problem and teaches you in the process, which I love!

Semper is so user friendly

Semper is so user friendly, training on it is easy too to familiarize your self with.
Support is always willing to help with whatever the query is and very patient too; mainly Zizipho as I personally worked with her.
I would recommend it for any establishment.

I have been working with Semper since 2007. It was always a pleasure dealing with them and their support is efficient and fast. They are also always willing to listen and learn if there are any suggestions you have to make. I will miss working with them.

Most well rounded PMS

I've been with Semper through various businesses over the years since 2010 and the innovation from the team as well as the caring ear for the industry is just something remarkable. They're always open to listen to their clients and endeavors to fulfill their requests through updates to the system. A class service across the board and probably the most user friendly PMS out there.

Great Customer Support

The System is easy to use and support is always available to assist 24/7

I was assisted by Zizipho, She was the best. in just one minute she manage to sort all my problems,

She was friendly, she is like a teacher, whatever she is explaining, you understand and you also learn.

Helpful and friendly

The support staff at Semper are always helpful and friendly and are willing to escalate issues when they cannot immediately solve them on the phone - which doesn't happen often - they do take every problem, big or small, seriously and are patient when providing step by step assistance.
