It's a scam
I ordered some nail clippers from Sempornai. No. SPN75260. They claimed it had been shipped I had to download an app to track my order. The app is difficult to use to track your order. It just directs you to do more shopping. Sometimes it says it is unavailable. There is no means of contacting either Sempornai or Shop. My order has not arrived. I expect it never will. I believe I have been conned out of £20 and I can't see what I can do about it. I will certainly never use either Sempornai or the app "shop" ever again.

This product is awful it doesnt coat evenly and is streaky and sticky i bought 2 and am really disappointed with the purchase a complete waste of money

Complete waste of money
It is a nice hose but it does not increase flow but reduces flow, it doesn’t matter what bore pipe they use if the fitting at each end only has a 7mm hole in it, so basically a complete waste of money if you wish to increase the water flow like they say it does

Misled
Thought I was purchasing 3 craft knives as per the picture on the web site. Have ended up with one, but charged advertised price for three. Also took 2 weeks to be delivered. Stay well clear.

Utility knife
Bought the Utility knife after seeing there advert on Instagram. Advert is very miss leading, suggesting you get 3 knives & 20 blades. I received one knife with no spare blades. Waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive. Please don't buy from this company.

The quality is dreadful. Does not match the picture, also with a different logo on the leg. Product is just cheap rubbish.

Absolute rubbish products
Absolute rubbish products. 2 x 925 silver Celtic knot rings ordered for a special friend who’s husband passed suddenly. Not only are they not stamped, they are not silver at all. I came out in a red, angry rash, my finger was swollen within hours of wearing it then it split totally in half. I spoke to my friend and hers had too. How embarrassing was that too.

I live in UK.
I ordered tooth whitener. I then got an email telling me my ring was in transit.
I contacted them explaining. I got a rude reply telling me if I want to return ring I had better make sure I could afford the shipping fee.

Fake material
Hi. The item was nothing g like it was supose to be, and after checking on trust pilot and the Internet, it just turned out to be another co.pany selling fake products. Iv been the dilly one for not checking the reviews before buying. The company is fake and refunds and returns are nothing like it says in the description of the service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY
