I have initiated a naira transaction to GBP and it’s almost 48hrs now and it still says processing, this was never the kind of service I thought they offer because it always says instantly. The reference number is (ST-26060045383). I need the funds urgently which is why I have used this service, if the transaction can’t be completed please I need my refund asap because with this sort of service I wouldn’t even recommend to others. It’s really frustrating and the customer service keeps telling me 2hrs and keep promising it’s processing.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service is advertised as “instant deposit,” yet my transaction (processed via credit card and successfully authorized by my bank) has still not been credited. Transaction with reference ST-10005681094

Despite funds being deducted immediately, I was informed that I must now wait 30 minutes, 1 hour 24–72 business hours for investigation. This is completely contrary to what was promised at the point of transaction.

Customer support responses are generic and do not resolve the issue—only repeated assurances of “escalation” without any actual resolution or timeline. At this point, I have been forced to request either immediate completion or a full refund. There is no clear resolution timeline, only repeated delays. I expect either immediate crediting of my funds or a full reversal back to my card.

A service advertised as instant should not operate with delayed or uncertain fund delivery.

I have transaction experience yesterday I chat the the chatbot no good response but I later called the customer service number she did well with me to see me through for the solution and she spoke well on phone in less than 30mins after the call the transaction was successful

This people collected my money since on 16.03.2026 till now they kept the money and refused to send the money to my recipient or return the money back to me
At first they said the transaction failed and they debited and they later accept the have the money that the transaction is being processed till now I still haven't received the money or any reasonable response from them

It been 2 days now I made a transfer and it showed Failed but they still debited me
When I contacted them 2 days ago they said I should give them 24-48 hours to resolve the issue but till now I still haven't received my money back and I have been trying to contact them again since but they refused to respond to my messages
You guys should please return my money

I experienced a delay but it's resolved to my satisfaction

It was easy, fast and transparent.

I sent 2000 GBP last 24hours and up till now, I have not received Naira equivalent. The app shows they are doing some “checks”. What kind of checks are you doing that you can not refund my money? Reference number is ST-10005567295. I definitely can not recommend the app for anyone not even my enemies.
