I’ve been using Send2Hub for a while now and I’m genuinely very impressed with the service.

After my first few shipments went perfectly, I decided to scale up and had around 50 parcels delivered to their warehouse. Everything has been handled smoothly, with clear communication and fast processing times.

Shipping to France has been efficient and reliable, and the whole system is very easy to use once you get started.

A special thank you to Arek as well, who has been extremely helpful, professional and transparent throughout. It really makes a difference when you’re dealing with someone who takes the time to explain things properly.

Overall, a very trustworthy forwarding service — I’ll definitely continue using them.

Pluses:
Great customer support. Heavy discounts on repackaging since I had a small package, had been unaware of follow-up costs and I asked for support on the same - Arek was very kind and assisted me, keeping constant communication until the package was safely delivered.

Minus: They are not showing upfront costs for subsequent packaging and delivery fees, you are charged a very small fee at the beginning of the process and you are misled into thinking that is what you'll pay, but the actual big amount of money follows when creating the package for delivery (after it was acquired by Send2hub). Misleading practice, please fix this and clearly show at least an estimated total or follow-up cost.
