Send Me a Christmas Tree レビュー 

We have been ordering from Send Me a Christmas Tree for the past five years, and we absolutely love them. Their trees look like something straight out of a fairytale and last for months. We usually order our tree for November delivery, and honestly, I wish I could keep it up all year long!

Their customer service is always amazing. This year, we experienced a small disappointment as the tree we initially received wasn’t in the best condition. However, after exchanging a few emails and sharing photos, everything was resolved immediately. The replacement tree we received is probably the best one we’ve had in all these years.

I truly believe you can judge a company by how they handle a problem, even a small one, and Send Me a Christmas Tree excels at this. Their customer service is outstanding, and their communication and problem-solving are second to none.

We can’t wait to continue using them for many years to come. Once again, thank you so much for your amazing service, your excellent communication, and for simply being the best.

We have used this company for several years now. This year delivery of trees was smooth and efficient. The trees were magnificent. For anybody who hasn't bought from them before they arrive in perfect condition. Not only are the trees good but there is the added advantage of somebody carrying the trees up to your house.

Chuffed with my 6ft tree had heaps of info on when it was arriving including emails and texts. It’s now my go to service for xmas trees

I am very happy with my Christmas tree. A year ago I was equally satisfied. Delivery on time and the tree looks amazing. This year the tree’s brunches were pruned too much, but still looks beautiful.

I had a small issue with the courier and I contacted the seller and their customer service was excellent they dealt with the situation promptly and professionally and the tree I received was absolutely beautiful very happy with their service would highly recommend them

I ORDERED A CHRISTMAS TREE 6 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. BUT 2 DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD RAN OUT AND WOULD GIVE ME A DIFFERENT TYPE. BUT THE TREE I RECIEVED ALL TAPED UP WAS NOT 7FT FOOT. BUT 5.5FT IN A MUDDY POT THAT WOULDENT STAND UP. £88 I PAID FOR THIS. A COMPLETE RIP OFF. WOULDENT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I WOULD AVOID !!!!!!! THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Great range of trees if you like the conventional and the less conventional, to fit every space. I needed a tall but narrow tree so was very happy with the Sussex Fir. Smells fantastic and lasts for the duration. Delivered to your door… what’s not to like?!

The tree is a nice shape, but barely touching 6ft and the needles are dropping at an alarming rate and I haven't even decorated yet. Will be bare by Christmas, already looks 2 weeks old and only had 3 days. A little disappointed this year, which is a shame as came back as the tree last year was so lovely.

Customer services were very quick to pick this up and sent a replacement tree within a couple of day, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for being so responsive.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a tree based on the reviews on here but I didn't know it was even possible to be this severely ripped off and disappointed by a Christmas tree. I arranged delivery for last Friday and had to make plans to be in all day because the delivery window is 8am-6pm and they do not narrow this down at all. Halfway through the day I was told it could not be delivered that day and would instead be delivered on Monday, a day I wasn't available. It took several emails with customer service to get them to deliver on a day that would actually work for me. I told them there was no "safe place" and I wanted to make sure it was delivered to me. Customer service assured me the delivery company would call me if there were any problems with delivery. I then again made plans to be in all day, yet nobody knocked or rang the bell and merely abandoned the tree outside my house. I received no notification so just happened to see it outside the window.

The tree itself is a joke. It is described as "large" which on their website is 150-175cm but they say it could be taller than this. This tree barely scrapes 150cm but customer service have just pointed back to this being technically within their large range. The main branches really stop around 120cm so this tree looks tiny. I don't understand on what planet this could be described as "large".

I am embarrassed to have spent £95 on this tree. As a single mum of a toddler this was a big deal to make Christmas special and this is not what I expected. I have contacted customer services who are the most responsive team I've ever dealt with. However, they've so far provided no help and just been more of a waste of time and energy.

Do not use this company if you want to avoid stress and being ripped off this Christmas.

If they provide a satisfactory resolution then I will update accordingly .

The delivery service was terrible.
An honest account of my experience:
My preferred date of delivery was Friday. I called the company and they said it will arrive. It did not. They advised I call back Saturday to find out when it will be delivered. I called and they could not tell me when or if the tree will be delivered. Except ‘ unlikely on a Saturday’ It was put on the delivery truck on the Friday. On the Monday I called the company again. They said they hoped it would be delivered. It was not. Every time I called they promptly answered that they could not tell me when or if it will be delivered. They deliver between 8am-6 pm-you have to stay in all day to receive it or it maybe possible to have it left in a ‘ safe place’ The tree arrived 5 days after my preferred delivery date with the company unable to tell me when and if it would be delivered when I contacted them over the 5 days. However they alway said they ‘ hoped’ it would arrive. The company always promptly answered my calls and emails but were never able to confirm when the tree would arrive, but said I could get a refund if it didn’t turn up after 4 business days of delay. So be prepared for this. Up to 5 days not knowing when or if it will arrive. Staying in 8 am-6 pm or hoping it will be left in a safe place.
The tree when it did arrive was wrapped in very muddy wrapping. I guess from being on a truck for 5 days. So getting its coverings off was a messy and muddy experience.
The tree looks good.

We got the most amazing Christmas tree we've had in London so far. We even managed to rearrange our delivery date on short notice and delivery was super easy and on time. Will be ordering from them next year as well!

Absolutely fantastic, the tree arrived safely packaged.
Opened up and let it settle and we have a beautifully shaped tree.

I brought a tree last Christmas, ok it was small but cost £70 and this year it’s looking rather sad , so it wasn’t what I’d hoped for to use every year 😩 I would upload a photo if I could 😖
