Easy to use, easy booking service and the reminder for getting it booked early is convenient. I havent compared prices, but I expect its pretty much the same. Free delivery and plenty of booking slots for december to choose any date. Christmas made simple

I ordered my tree from Send Me A Christmas Tree last year for the first time. I was a bit worried about buying a tree online because, like a lot of other people, I like to choose my own tree, it’s a serious business 😄 but circumstances left me little choice last year. I can honestly say that it was the best Christmas Tree I have ever bought! It was so fresh, smelt beautiful, very dense and was a lovely symmetrical shape, it didn’t droop or drop needles for the whole Christmas period. The delivery service was very good and arrived on time. I have already ordered my tree for this Christmas. I can’t recommend this company enough, thank you. 🎄

Perfect service, easy to use

This is the best Christmas tree delivery company I have ever come across! They did exactly what they said they would at a great price, delivered an absolutely beautiful tree, were on hand to answer my question when I had one and they have secured my loyal custom for the future. I have also recommended them to all my friends!! I can also recommend their on-line video for how to get the best out of your tree!! Amazing!

Lovely well shaped and proportioned tree arrived on the day we ordered. So I’ve just ordered this year’s tree also.

Bad Service. Once the Christmas tree leaves the farm there is no customer service. I’ve used this company for three years to get my all important tree. This year was horrendous. It stated the tree had been delivered on the tracking service but there was no tree. I was advised that the tree was in a warehouse and wouldn’t be delivered until Monday. I’d ordered the tree in more than enough time so it would be here for December 15th as had family over etc. Send me a Christmas tree couldn’t care less and said the tree should still be ok let’s see what happens on Monday!!!!!
The tree arrived on Monday and it was dreadful. The amount of pines that fell off when I unpacked it was dreadful and the tree lasted about 3 days as all the pines just kept falling off. It ruined everything, looked appalling and a very bare, pitiful tree. I will not be using them ever again.

We love a Fraser fir as the shape suits our room, and our tree this year was perfect for us. It arrived early December and spent the rest of the week soaking in a bin of water. We took it down yesterday, 17th January and it still looked and sent wonderful. Hardly any needle drop either.

Perfect tree, top condition, superb shape, arrived well packaged and on the designated day of delivery.
Can’t fault these guys…they care about what they do.
I’ll be ordering again this Christmas…why wouldn’t you?

As a returning customer we very strongly recommend purchasing your Christmas tree etc for here, every year our tree arrives on or closely around the date as requested with informative updates, it comes very tightly wrapped which always amazes us when unsealed just how beautifully bushy it is, they have always kept perfectly, not dropping needles from day one and looks as good at the end of Christmas as when it was decorated (we like to get our tree at the end of November/ beginning of December and keep it up until Candlemas, 2nd February) the trees are always a beautiful shape and smell fantastic. We would not consider getting our tree elsewhere.

We've been getting our trees from Send Me A Christmas Tree for years now - and I can't fault them. This year's model was so beautiful that I almost wept when I had to take it down - it still looked as fresh and green as the day we put it up. If there are any issues (a rarity) they are quick to respond. And as mentioned, the trees themselves are lovely. It's nice to know that at least one of the key Christmas preparations will be pain free.

Absolutely stunning 7ft Farmer Tom’s Famous Sussex Fir, gorgeous shape, divine smell and looks so healthy and strong. Each year I don’t think my tree can get any better, but somehow it does. Trees are very easy to order, the website is intuitive and informative with lots go guidance to help you choose the perfect tree, you can select your own delivery date, and there's a guide on how to keep your tree in tip top shape once you've taken delivery. Super super happy with both the service and my beautiful Christmas trees. Thank you so very much, getting itchy fingers to order my 2025 tree!!

Yet another beautiful and perfect Christmas tree delivered exactly as agreed to make the centrepiece of our Christmas complete. No stress trying to find a tall tree that is bushy and even or any of the worry of not finding one, let alone the issue of how to get a 10 foot plus tree home. Instead a service akin to a trusted friend sorting out exactly what you’re after with no straggly thin bit at the top pretending to be part of the overall height

We have been using fresh Christmas Tree delivery services for years and Send Me a Christmas Tree, has been the best tree we’ve ever had. It was so easy to order with an amazing selection of different trees, it was delivered on time and it was so fresh it was still taking up water four weeks after it went up! Will definitely recommend and be re ordering this year.

Another fantastic tree! Customer service has been excellent- especially sorting out my error when ordering. Delivery was on time and the tree looked wonderful. It was a shame to take it down especially since it was hardly shedding any needles.
