I ordered before I read the recent reviews and thought “ oh great “ but !!!
It was a great experience I ordered 5 helium balloons for my wifes birthday.. they arrived when I wanted with the free gift which was cupcakes which tasted great.. I even had a phone call from the lady that works there to let me know that a balloon had popped and what replacement I would like.. this told me they don’t mess around they want the job done and done right.
Would definitely recommend.

Delivered it in a ordinary brownish box, 2 balloons were darker in colour, 1 balloon personalised even I pay for 3 items and a plastic ball as a holder. I sent a review on their website but it did not appear. Not recommended

Can't personalise any additional balloons.

Balloons are fantastic, only problem is I ordered them for delivery on Monday and they arrived on Saturday, 2 days early. Just hoping they stay inflated - which in this heat is doubtful - otherwise an expensive write off

Awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered helium balloons for £30 for my partner's birthday party and waited for their delivery. The DPD driver did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door as 3 people were in waiting and we have 2 dogs that bark at the slightest noise. Having received a text saying i was not home (I was!!) I immediately contacted DPD to ask them to return. They refused to do so. They apparently attempted delivery the next day again (same scenario). I contacted send them balloons to explain what had happened and request a refund for the product that had not been delivered and for which I now had no use for. They refused to refund me and to add insult to injury suggested I pay an additional £7 delivery charge to have the balloons I no longer needed or wanted delivered by the same company again!! They have not responded to any more of my communications.

Really disappointing. Would give 0 stars.

I ordered a birthday balloon for a relative with learning difficulties. The website asked for a delivery date which I put in as their birthday. However it was delivered 2days early.
The website ‘guarantees’ delivery on your chosen date - clearly this was not the case. And when I complained, it was blamed in Covid - not something my relation would understand

I have ordered twice now. The first time I ordered 3 balloons, two large numbers and a separate single balloon, the two large numbers arrived a day late due to them being sent to the wrong depot! Delivery was refunded so I decided to order again for another occasion, i ordered a set of three balloons two plain colours (advertised as purple) and a happy birthday balloon with the note and free gift stating ‘happy birthday mum’ they seem to think appropriate to send a red and blue balloon for this occasion and the justification from them is they are good colours for all to enjoy! May well be but you advertised purple and for a mum in my notes chose to send two different colour balloons! To make it worse the red balloon had a big hole in and was completely flat! Two tries with this company won’t be bothering again!

Excellent customer service. I placed a last minute order and had to change the recipient address as I had made a mistake with it. Despite the short notice, my error was corrected quickly and my balloons were delivered on time. I am very impressed with the efficient and helpful service.

I ordered 90th birthday balloons for my mums outdoor buffet. I ordered them to arrive before 12 noon on Saturday. They didn't arrive until after the event, the courier said that had the company put the correct postage on (which I'd paid for) they would have arrived on time.Send them balloons deny this. The helium balloons only stayed inflated for a day and a half. The company dismissed my complaint out of hand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, you'll waste your money.

Still haven’t had my order despite them showing PayPal evidence of delivery! No emails to actually say it was dispatched or our for delivery! Never even had an email to say about it being confirmed! Would never order from here again and would not advise anyone to unless they want to get ripped off! I am an honest person and would never lie about anything to get money back but I feel I have been taken for a ride! Plus why would I lie about £15 of stuff? Oh and the emails asking about my delivery was ignored!

Delivery has not arrived (due on Tuesday , now Friday and supposedly been with courier since then)
Can't contact the company despite calling during their office hours over 3 days there is just a message with their hours as if I am calling outside of those.
No response from contact us or email within the 24 hours as they specify.
This was balloons and cupcakes for a child's birthday. I ordered for delivery for day before birthday to be sure and 3 days later but still not here despite them guaranteeing delivery (in bold on home page but T&C contradict this).
Courier tracking says delayed due to weather but they have delivered other items over last 2 days from same depot so assume lost and I am out of pocket. Now I just want money back.
Used this company a few years ago hence why I went back but won't again. It may not be their fault item is missing but their customer service is non existent.

Fantastic service. No issues at all. Ordered 5 balloons and got some free donuts! No idea how good they are, I've not been allowed to eat one yet! My OH loves it all though! Courier service ignored all the signs on the box saying to keep this way up but that's not the fault of the company! I wouldn't hesitate to use again!
EDIT: the donuts were delicious! Wish I had some right now! The balloons are also still very much alive and kicking (albeit deflating) exactly 15 days from date of delivery! No extra blowing up or anything!

I spent around £40 in total for two balloons, a blue 2 and a blue 5.

The balloons arrived and were the wrong colour. This was a little frustrating, as they were for a joint birthday event, with my boyfriend having blue balloons and his friend silver.

Overall, not a huge issue though. What was a huge problem however, was that one of the balloons (the 2) was completely deflated. We attempted to sellotape it to the ceiling as a fix but there was so little helium/air in it that it just completely sagged rendering it unusable.

Even worse than the above two factors - was that I attempted to contact Send Them Balloons on several occasions to remedy the situation without having to leave a review.

I sent three separate emails asking them for a resolution. I tried to call the number on their website on three separate occasions too. I even tried to do the 'call back' function on their website but that just calls you with an automated message.

£40 completely wasted and not so much as an apology or even an acknowledgement from the merchant.

Please save your time and money and buy from a different balloon/gift provider.

I have ordered balloons for my friend's birthday. The balloons were not delivered, DPD's driver made a mistake and went to the wrong address and they were unable to go back and deliver to the correct address on the same day, however there was no point on delivering on the day after the birthday! To be fair Send Them Balloons costumer service was pretty responsive and seem to do anything possible to get DPD to deliver the balloons on the correct address and date; however the attempts failed - they cancelled and refund my order. I understand this was a third part failure however the service and product bought was not delivered, therefore I would recommend STB to review their partners in order to provide better service for their costumer.

Absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much. The graduation balloons were beautiful and the recipient was over the moon. Don't go anywhere else for balloons, come here you won't be disappointed.

Was pleased with everything only that they were delivered very late in the day.

Brilliant service all round. I had to contact customer support to sort out delivery and they couldn't have been better. Arrived on time and balloons were great, popped out and the donuts were apparently lovely ( didn't share with us ) couldn't have asked for more.

I purchased the 60th balloon 6 balloon set. They were delivered on the day requested and they were perfect. Real bargin , bigger and better than the picture shows.

Great balloons, delivered as promised and also came with free cakes
