Taking the time to patiently show your mother how everything works, so she feels confident and safe using it, is exactly the standard we want for every install. It means a lot that the whole journey felt easy, from Stuart taking the time to understand what you needed without any pressure, to Reece fitting it neatly, to Olly sorting the seat colour and leaving everything spotless. That's three people all pulling in the same direction, and hearing you'd recommend us to anyone is the best result we could ask for. We'll pass your thanks on to each of them.
