DON'T DO IT. BODGY

Have previously purchased the silver range and loved it.
Have since purchased a gold necklace and bracelet. Both have faded significantly with the charm on the bracelet even having a chip off the gold plating showing the silver underneath. Hadn’t worn them in water or slept in them despite the suggestion from their customer service who were very dismissive of the issue. Were both looked after but the quality of the gold plating is clearly poor. Wouldn’t recommend

Purchased 2 bracelets, although very pretty they aren’t made very well. The bracelet is made with a stretchy piece of wire. I did email the team and questioned the durability of the item and I was assured it wouldn’t break. Been wearing the bracelet for not even 2 months and it snapped. For the price they charge to only have it held together with wire was disappointing and for it to break was even more disappointing. Should have gone with my gut feeling and done a refund in the beginning

Purchased a sterling silver beaded bracelet with heart charm. Quality is terrible. Charm fell off; bracelet links broken. I was asked to pay for repair +postage . Very disappointed. Wasn’t cheap, product is cheap quality; I will never buy anything from Sue Sensi again.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sensa Accessories, their customer service was EXCELLENT to me. They told me why my order had not been fulfilled, allowed me to make some changes via e-Mail, and even added a gift to my order. Not to mention their jewelry is so cute and affordable.

Cheap knockoffs that fall apart and take forever to get to you.

Det tog lige knap en måned for pakken at ankomme. Ikke særlig god sporingssystem. Da jeg havde læst anmeldelserne her på trustpilot blev jeg lidt bange for om jeg overhovedet modtog pakken, men det gjorde jeg, og varen ser fin ud og ligner det jeg har bestilt.

I ordered my necklace over a month ago and it has still not arrived and says it is not able to be tracked and I feel like I was scammed.

Love the look and everything, although very tacky the gold came off the necklace after 3 days of wearing the necklace

It’s literally just dropshipping.. found the exact same items at SHEIN for 1/10 of the price!!? (I’m serious, they were identical and the same size)
Products are good quality, but you can get them for much cheaper other places.

The rings are exactly what they looked like! Arrived fairly quick too!

The shipment was very long. The quality isn't perfect. But it's really cute.
