Great beginners class with Tesni

Great beginners class with Tesni. She was really friendly and attentive, with clear instructions and gave help with positioning on exercises that were new to me. Really good fun and a lovely laid-back feel, but with plenty of options to make each exercise easier or harder depending on your ability. Came out feeling much better than I did when I went in, which is always a win😊 looking forward to more classes.

Fabulous beginners class

Fabulous beginners class. Really accessible and easy to follow with great instruction. Felt very relaxed and energised at the same time. Tesni’s breathing prompts were really helpful and appreciated too.
