After blogging for 13 years, I had issues with a Moz spam score jump and the Google update.

With it being out of my skill level, I needed to find a professional to help resolve some of the issues.

This is where SEO services came in and Mark has been working hard to get some of these issues resolved. Thankfully due to their hard work my spam score is now back down to 1% and lots of little niggly issues have been resolved!

I've had the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I've barely had 2 days since I've been onboard with these guys.
They don't answer the phone, they don't answer email, they don't answer WhatsApp...
When I finally got through to them they fobbed me off... Saying "yes sure I will help" but they haven't processed my refund.
I'm sincerely unhappy, yet do they care? No!
They say they are based in UK but the project Manager is clearly based in India 'Ross'. They only communicate with you at times you aren't free i.e. 2pm-6pm. I have a 9-5 job so why would I be able to communicate then....
They have dodged and avoided all my contact attempts.
Please don't use this company, it's a scam! They promise you a cheap price but for a poor poor service. No response, no help, no support at all.
Please check their reviews, it really says it all honestly.

Promises Promises Promises and NOTHING.. We signed up with SEO Services in UK for a 3 month contract, after an initial buzz of enthusiasm and lots of promises, they did hardly anything, the pace of work was just about at a standstill , after more promises still nothing, the frustration these guys cause is just not worth the hassle, to the point I terminated the contract a week early. Go elsewhere or just throw your money out in the street for someone to pick up, it will do more good. Although they say they are in the UK, you only ever get a call after 2pm UK time, it would suggest they are abroad somewhere.

Let me just say its an absolute mine field out there to get a quality trust worthy website design SEO company. I have invested time working with my project manager Ross Taylor for just over 12months and true to his word he has my website homebarmancave.co.uk ranking on page 1 of Google search engine top man.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are useless, they achieved absolutely nothing in the three months I paid for. My son started a new business and we gave him a 3 month plan with SEO services in UK, as a gift to get him on the right path. They promised they could and would get him on the first page of Google, they managed one keyword on page 4. They said they would get him into different marketing forums which would drive sales but failed on that too. They also took over his social media page for 1 month, at extra cost, which would, they said, include 16 posts, and would get him more followers, more interaction with his page and would get him seen. They managed a new cover picture and 4 posts, all of which we had to rewrite because the English was unintelligible, didn’t make sense and contained false information. From those 4 posts, there were no new likes, no follows and no interaction. In the end my son took them down, because they looked so terrible. They said they needed to rebuild his website, in order for the keywords to work, I have to say, that’s beyond my capabilities, and I don’t know if they managed that or not, but what I can see, is that they have altered the look of the page, and not for the better. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am, we have wasted our money, our time, and have achieved not one thing for our son. They are good at keeping in touch, and we heard from the guy who was in charge of our account regularly, but it was usually telling us that we would get whatever it was they were on with in the next couple of days to check over, but then it would take a couple of weeks for it to arrive. I suspect that if they do respond to this review, they will say that we didn’t give them enough info to start with, but we filled in their questionnaire fully, and when they asked for more, we gave it to them. They could also have got it from the website, but instead they made things up, including suggesting that our son used rhino horn in his work, which is illegal globally!

Addition - they rang and asked me to take this review down, in exchange they would give me 6 months for the price of another three (Really? They expect me to give them more money?!) when I refused they said they’d give me a month free. I said I’d take it down if they achieved something by the end of the free month. They wouldn’t agree to that, which tells you all you need to know. I mentioned above that seo services said they needed to do some work on the website to make it function better to get higher rankings on Google. Well, this morning my son has had an email from Wix which I have copied below.

Services Are good. My account manager has been responsive and results have started coming in relatively fast (SEO takes time). Could perhaps improve on reporting but it is quite good still. No real complaints so far.
