I was really excited about this Seree mystery jewelry bag. The idea is adorable. You pick your ring size and bangle size before ordering, so naturally I assumed I’d be getting pieces actually made for my measurements. That part had me hyped!

When my package arrived though, it went downhill fast. First thing I noticed was hair all over the packaging, looked like dog or cat hair, which immediately made the whole unboxing feel sloppy and thrown together rather than like a fun little surprise.

Inside I got three items: a necklace, a pair of earrings, and an adjustable ring. No bangle. The earrings were genuinely cute and felt age-appropriate, those were the highlight. The necklace was fine. But the adjustable ring felt really cheap and honestly gave off more of a kid’s toy vibe than actual jewelry. Considering they ask for your ring size, I was expecting an actual sized ring, not a one-size-fits-all adjustable piece. That felt like a bit of a bait and switch.

It kind of seems like these bags are filled with items that aren’t selling well, pieces that get overlooked for a reason. I’d love to see Seree give customers the option to choose between receiving a necklace, a bangle, or something similar so the mystery is still fun but you’re at least getting a category you actually want.

All in all, the pieces are cute in a sweet, young way. I’d probably gift this to a teenager who loves jewelry. But for an adult expecting quality mystery jewelry? I wouldn’t order again.

I ordered a Jade necklace what I received looked nothing like the necklace on the website. It is very cheap looking and it looks like it should be for a five year-old little girl instead of an adult woman. I could not be more disappointed.

I ordered 2 rings- Arya — Jade and beaded gold stretch ring and Heart — Jade ring
The bead ring unfortunately broke so quickly.
The Heart Jade ring was NOT shaped like a heart and was a way darker green than the photos. The shape looked like a jelly bean or something weird. I posted reviews for both items and they were quickly deleted. I refuse to do an exchange/refund because they charge you money for those. Never again

This store is super super misleading. They title their jewelry pieces with the word "jade" but none of them are actually made of jade. The title will say "jade" and then in the description, it'll say the material of the piece is made of quartzite. Such misleading marketing is so dishonest. If you want to buy actual jade, avoid this shop at all costs. Not to mention, they like to delete reviews and honest opinions from customers. They also don't offer refunds or returns on items, even though they have a 15-day return policy. Don't buy from this store!!!! I don't understand why they are marketed across fashion websites and ads, it's honestly such a shame for Asian culture that they've become so popular when they are selling pieces that aren't even authentic. Not to mention they don't offer ceritificates of authenticity for their pieces either.

I got the mystery bag for $125. It contained three low-quality items; I did not like any of them. I requested a refund or exchange but Seree would not honor my purchase and forced me to keep the items. Packaging was nice, however.

I purchased the jade earrings, which were lovely but pricey. The second time I wore them, the pin of the earring broke off in the larger part of the earring so they are now unusable. I contacted the company, but as it was out of their 14 day return policy and they’d been taken out of the packaging and worn, they refused to replace or repair the broken piece. I asked for clarification on their policy regarding pieces that simply fall apart on the second wear and they offered me a small discount on my purchase of a second pair. It’s unfortunate because it really would have been a lovely piece but poor craftsmanship and a company that doesn’t back the quality of their product is a bad combination. anyone else has the same issues with these let me know- I have a single earring that I can’t use or wear again. It was just a frustrating waste of money and an equally disappointing response from the company.

They never answered to my multiple emails regarding a return, meaning I never been able to send back and get my money back. Shameful. Terrible.

Ordered twice now from them. Bracelets, earrings, rings. Currently waiting for the 2nd order, the 1st one was awesome quality. Arrived on time, loved everything I got. It’s the best feeling when what you get is actually what you expected from looking on the website. Also, the 2nd time I ordered I used a wrong (smaller) discount code and they actually refunded me! As long as they keep the quality they got a customer for life in me. Super recommended. (And a real review from a usually very critical buyer).

I ordered the "Tennis - Opaque green jade bangle" from seree but via the "Wolf & Badger" platform (because they deliver internationally).
The XS bangle is beautiful and perfectly fit my slim wrist!
But I mention that my package arrived after 5 weeks instead fo 5-6 days. I first contacted DHL then the platfrom (Wolf & Badger) and they contacted seree and my package was send. I don't know what happened, but apparently the courier DHL never recieved the package. Nevertheless, I would order again.
