after contacting this company on their website re a missing order , i was ignored and no answer or reply was ever given total silence , so my issue is they appear not to care that i am 31.98 out of pocket with no goods to show for the price paid , probably best that you buy their products on ebay at least you have a money back guarantee when things go wrong , i will also say that the oils, perfumes that they sell are top notch
