Serenityvetservices レビュー

Absolutely amazing service, understanding and supportive staff from the moment I made the call. Vicki was amazing and took fantastic care of Lolly and explained everything clearly as we let our precious girl slip away, I know she is in safe hands until she returns to us. Would highly recommend ❤️

Amazingly proffesional service, very gently and friendly which in that situation is the most important.

Thank you once again for providing a first class service from the phone call to my cat passing peacefully at home on the sofa he loved to snooze on. Highly recommended end of life services.

Saying goodbye to beloved furbabies is traumatic. My boy was a nervous traveller and found visits to the vets stressful. I did not want that to be his last experience. A shortage of vets means not many practices are doing home visits so on the recommendation of a local vet I contacted Serenity. The service is exceptional. From the initial call I felt I was in the hands of compassionate and caring people. The vet that came to us was lovely and we were able to let our boy drift away happy and contented surrounded by his family. The cost is very reasonable for the service provided and I would not hesitate in recommending Serenity if you are lucky enough to live in their catchment area.
