It's my first week, after the 5th day I started to feel more alive. My fog brain was lifting. I could focus better.
I got free samples of Karen my consultant . I have just signed up for monthly plan along with Collagen sachets. Hopefully be a further uplift.
I will keep you posted as it is still early days, but thank you Karen bringing this product to me, balance and boost all the way. 💝

Hi! Loved the vanilla and the collagen was on par with nutrition geeks. Not too keen on the coffee, though that's personal preference.
I have been adding to my morning smoothie and have found they add sweetness and depth, so no need to add my usual honey.
I noticed within days that my anxiety levels were much better and feeling generally more calm.
Definitely ordering more vanilla and will be trying other flavours.
Anyone struggling with anxiety, I would whole heartedly recommended giving these a try ✨

Myself I am taking the serenova collegen , and omg it is amazing ! I have noticed a difference in my skin , its so glowy , and my eye puffiness is alot less ! I can't go without it in my morning coffee , just over a month taking it and will certainly carry on ! Amazing products!

Since taking Balance & Boost, I’ve noticed such a difference in so many areas of my life. I’m finally sleeping properly, waking up refreshed and ready to get on with my day. I feel calmer, more in control of my emotions, and my focus and clarity have improved massively. I started on the Collagen 8 weeks ago and boy what a difference! My skin has a glow, my wrinkles are less, my eye bags have reduced drastically too! I’ve also noticed that my lips are plumper what a product! I felt like I looked my age 8 weeks ago and now years younger! It’s also helped my hair to thicken and my nails are growing stronger each day!

Balance & Boost
I’ve had a horrible few years with menopause making me feel crazed, stressed and confused, hubby and I both lost all our parents, both our teens had major mental health struggles, plus some other fairly stressful stuff I won’t share. However, since I’ve been on Balance & Boost, I feel ENTIRELY different. I’m on HRT which has managed some symptoms but suddenly I have mental clarity, ability to make decisions, I feel positive, less tearful, less anxious, more energetic… it’s like I’m back to the person I was 9 years ago.
I just thought I’d always feel this way. Like it was the new normal. I didn’t realise something so simple as a sachet of something would have such a profound effect…

I’ve been really surprised at how good the Serenova sachets are and how well I’ve started to feel - I’m two months in and can definitely feel a difference in energy levels and the way my skin looks and feels. The only thing I would change is to have them in a ready made shake which would be brilliant 😊

I was excited but sceptical to be one of the first to try Serenova Balance and Boost Shakes. I now couldn’t be without them. I look forward to my morning shake which I mix up into a flask and add ice. The coffee flavour is my favourite! It’s like having an iced latte but better I do think it's gave me more energy, kept me from snacking and my concentration levels have really improved.

I have been taking the collagen and focus sachets both at the same time for a couple of months. I have noticed that my mind remains focused, and I’m able to concentrate for longer periods of time.
My hair also appears more manageable and less dry.
Thank you Serenova, alongside a healthy diet and regular fitness, I’m feeling great and more in control of my body and mind.

I have been using the Balance & Boost since February 2025 and love all the flavours - my favourite is the Raspberry and love it in my Greek Yoghurt. I also pair the Chocolate, Coffee and Vanilla with Shakes or simply make up with water. I have seen much improvement in thinking more clearly, and remembering things; less hot flushes - also my nails are much, much stronger.

All products come in individual sachets which takes away the need to measure out the right quantity, plus it's very convenient to pop your sachets in your bag when travelling.

I have recently been trying the new Serenova Elements range - the Collagen with Vitamin C has already become part of my daily self-care routine - I have a sachet stirred into my morning black coffee - its tasteless and mixes very well - its such an easy way to take Collagen like this as I hate taking tablets.

PS The latest flavour in the Rest & Renew Sleep range is the Chocolate - have this an hour before you plan to go to bed - it is such a treat - have it as hot chocolate.

I have been using the rest and renew for just over 2 months and it has changed my life as was a very poor sleeper and was at times only getting 3-4hours and now I sleep for 3-4hours straight and then going back to sleep for a further 3-4 hours.
I was without it for a few nights and had very poor sleep.

Serenova products are just what I need in my busy life; lots of goodness packed into each and every sachet - all in one! No scooping/measuring just grab and go.
I’ve been taking Balance and Boost for almost 6 months since it was first launched. My hair, skin, nails are the best they’ve ever been; my mental clarity, mood and overall wellbeing is phenomenal. I check in regularly with my Wellness Coach, she’s advised there’s even more Premium Products on their way too. Women supporting women is powerful and so are these daily supplements!

I trialled the rest and renew shakes, which were easy to use, I preferred the lemon, mint and chamomile flavour to the chocolate one.
I did notice a more restful, unbroken sleep, but would need to take it on a more regular basis.
The challenge I found was if I’d been out for the evening I wouldn’t have time to have a shake an hour before I go to bed.
First impressions we really good.

I had the trial pack so tried all flavours. My favourite is raspberry and also add fresh berries I mix with ice in a blender to get a better mix. Improved concentration and energy. Definitely noticed a difference for the better in my sleep pattern too. Definitely recommend
