Product just not do what it claims, suppose to to cover all imperfections and add colour to match your natural skin tones does neither, really disappointed another product false advertising!

Das muss doch ein Scherz sein...
Ich habe die Bestellung Nr. 40333 immer noch nicht erhalten.
Ich habe die Bestellung am 12. Oktober aufgegeben, Sie sagen, dass die Lieferung 2-3 Tage dauert, aber nichts ist gekommen.
Ich bin sehr verärgert, weil ich die Artikel jetzt nicht mehr brauche, da ich nächste Woche aus der Schweiz wegziehe.
Ich habe niemanden, der die Lieferung entgegennehmen kann.
Ich möchte sofort mein Geld zurück, sonst werde ich in der Schweiz Anzeige wegen Betrugs erstatten.

Aucun réponse aux e-mails envoyés depuis un achat effectué en avril.
Du coup je ne peux pas utiliser le produit acheté car aucun retour à mes questions.

NOT THE SAME PRODUCT ADVERTiSEd!!!
This product is a frake' this is nothing as advertised. They send you color shades that has been sitting for a while and the color that I did choose appears old and outdated. I did everything they asked for as to apply the color and send in the pictures. Now they want to give me 70% refund on what I paid. I have only had the product for now 4days since arrived and mind you it takes them 24 hrs to respond. They are a scam do not get this product. Do not waste your time.

ein Macadamia Gesichtsöl bestellt, Produkt war zum Teil ausgelaufen, auf mein Mail bekam ich eine Antwort mit der Bitte, Fotos vom Produkt zu schicken, dann nichts mehr gehört…. auch immer wieder neue Absenderinnennamen, welche wohl ein familiäres Unternehmen signalisieren sollten - Fazit: miserabler Kundendienst

Leider verspricht das Produkt nicht dass wo es verspricht. Der Aku vom Rasierer ist auch sehr schlecht.

Deux semaines que j’attend mon coli, alors que sur le site c’est marqué « 2-4 jours ouvrables », personne ne répond à mes mails.
Vraiment nul… je ne commanderai plus et ne recommande pas ce site.

Betrug! Angeblich wurde meine Ware nach Deutschland verschickt und sie hatten Probleme mit dem Versanddienstleister. Ich habe bis heute kein Geld zurück bekommen und auch auf diverse Anfragen, keine Sendungsnummer! Das ist Betrug!
