Great customer service and incredible product

SerpAPI has been a solid choice for search data. The API is fast, the results are structured cleanly, and the docs make implementation straightforward. I appreciate the wide engine coverage (Google, Maps, Images, YouTube, etc.) and the built-in parsing that saves me from writing brittle scrapers. Usage dashboards and webhooks are handy, and support has been responsive the few times I had questions. Pricing is fair for the time it saves. If you need stable, compliant SERP data without maintaining your own scrapers, SerpAPI is easy to recommend.

The customer support team of SerpAPI is simply fantastic. Though I signed up for a free account, I was unable to verify myself for the phone number. I reached out to them at 2.30 PM India time. The person on the other end (presumably in Europe/US) sorted it out in less than a min. I was up and working from 2.35 pm. This is what I call service, a lot to learn from them. Roi Driscoll you were great, a lot to learn from you and Serp on how to handle customers.

Super bibliothèque d'API pour scraper Google mais bien plus ! Vous pouvez déjà tester généreusement avec 100 requêtes et évaluer. Ensuite c'est du bonheur à l'utilisation. Un soucis ? Et hop le ChatLive du site avec réponse en 2mn (pour moi) et problème résolu !

We have been searching for a tool that provides a quick and easy way to scrape jobs. SerpApi delivered and made it so easy to retrieve all relevant data. Even better that they provide an online tool to try out requests and then see the results.

I lost data due to a server crash, they restored my credits.

On the rare occasion I've needed support, it was great to know that someone would be standing by to offer a a helping hand. By both email and chat, the response has always been clear, concise and impressively fast.

I have only used their google flights API but it's super easy to use. Really like the "Playground".
Wouldn't normally write a review but their support was a very positive surprise. I had an issue, wrote in and almost immediately got into a chat with a person. She was super helpful and immediately investigated the problem (vs. asking lots of questions, pushing back etc). Turns out problem was on my side but she also offered an easy fix.
