Serpdog has really adopted a product-led growth (PLG) motion that allowed me quickly sign up, test and upgrade without ever contacting a sales rep. The process was seamless & the UI/UX is great an... もっと見る

I recently had the pleasure of working with Darshan for my news article scraping needs, and I must say, his service was outstanding. Not only did he provide top-notch expertise in web scraping, but their willingness to schedule a meeting at a late hour to accommodate my schedule was beyond commendable. I'm thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended for anyone seeking expert assistance in web scraping and data science.

Great support
[NOT A PAID REVIEW, I'M LEAVING A REVIEW BECAUSE OF THE GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAVE WITH THIS SERVICE]
Serpdog is a great quality service.
The support is done by the funder himself so he know the ecosystem very well and can quickly adapt the API to your needs.
Also, he is very reactive and flexible.
About the API service :
It is quick and support concurrent requests, there are all the necessary parameters and the web plateform does the job.

UI is a SCAM, customer care not professionaly
Service works. UI is completely misleading. Not using the service from month and don't see CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION OPTION.
Talking to the customer care, completely unpolite and offending because.
UI Show your on a free plan because you see UPGRADE NOW to the first paid tier. You don't have billing history and you dont see you have active sub. You will just receive invoices, if you miss that you can be paying for month and they will not refund you.
