Boxspring gekocht bij poortvliet zeeland.
We slapen er nu circa 2 jaar op en moet zeggen perfect..wat een bed.
Niet alleen maar mooi om te zien maar wat een heerlijk bed. Hier slaap je niet op maar in het bed. Al jaren last van mijn onderrug maar na een week of twee ik had het eigenlijk niet gelijk door was de pijn verdwenen. Ik stap nu altijd uit zonder pijn. Zijn er dan geen min puntjes..ja toch wel.
Bij levering van het bed was het hoofdbord van een iets andere stof dan de rest. Dit alles zonder probleem opgelost door poortvliet. Echt een aanrader.

Ik verblijf regelmatig in luxe hotels en wilde diezelfde slaapbeleving thuis creëren. Op advies van Slaapwereld Woerden heb ik een Serta bed aangeschaft van circa €10.000.

Binnen vier maanden merkte ik al duidelijke doorzakking in de topper (100x210 cm). Het gevolg: ik rol structureel naar het midden van het matras. Voor een bed in deze prijsklasse vind ik dat onacceptabel.

Ik heb dit gemeld, waarna er iemand is langsgekomen. Met een lat werd zichtbaar gemaakt dat zowel de topper als het onderliggende matras doorhangen. Hiervan zijn foto’s gemaakt.

Vervolgens heb ik niets meer vernomen, terwijl ik Slaapwereld expliciet heb gevraagd hoe dit zou worden opgelost. Dat heeft mijn vertrouwen aanzienlijk geschaad.

Omdat ik geen reactie kreeg, ben ik zelf naar Goodnight Cruquius gegaan. Daar heeft men contact opgenomen met Serta. Toen bleek dat de foto’s wél waren ontvangen en beoordeeld. De conclusie van Serta: dit zou “binnen de norm” vallen. Slaapwereld Woerden zou hierover geïnformeerd zijn, maar ik als klant niet. Goodnight heeft mij overigens zo goed mogelijk geholpen.

Omdat ik toch een oplossing wilde, heb ik op eigen kosten (€1.200) een nieuwe topper aangeschaft. Dit gaf enige verbetering, maar inmiddels is duidelijk dat ook het ondermatras doorhangt. Ik heb het matras nu zelfs omgedraaid om tijdelijk weer een vlakke zijde te creëren.

Op dit moment slaap ik weer redelijk, maar het vertrouwen is volledig weg. Gezien de eerdere ervaringen verwacht ik dat de kuilvorming terugkomt.

Samenvattend:

Product van €10.000 met snelle doorzakking
Vastgestelde gebreken (ook visueel aangetoond)
Geen terugkoppeling vanuit verkoper
Beoordeling fabrikant zonder directe communicatie naar klant
Extra kosten moeten maken zonder structurele oplossing

Voor mij is dit een zeer teleurstellende ervaring, zowel met het product als met de afhandeling.

I purchased the Serta Heated Mattress Pad, Model PNMP Q.PWF4.23 on February 15, 2024 through Amazon. I followed the manufacturers instructions for installation and care for this item. I've been using it happily ever since then, until 03/19/2026.

About 4 weeks ago, my husband started complaining about a hot spot under his pillow but I couldn't feel it nor could I see any signs of a problem. The manual states temperature of pad where body is touching will be higher, this is "normal". So I didn't think anything of his complaint. I changed the sheets about a week later and found a dark mark several inches long on the flannel sheet but when I pulled the sheet off, there was no mark on the pad so I dismissed it as a sheet stain. A few weeks later, during a sheet change, I saw the mark was now on the pad. I pulled the pad off and found a BURN mark on my mattress which VOIDED the mattresses lifetime warranty.

Note: Serta is owned by E&E Co., LTD according to the tag attached to the pad.

We purchased a firm blue lagoon bed which lost shape within six weeks of use. There is obviously body imprints and the bed is very soft for a ‘firm’ bed. A.H. Beard came to inspect and deemed it perfect for this age of use. Apparently they expect indents up to 40mm.

Would not purchase again.

Serta of mattress was defective from day one causing substantial back pain. I was required by City Furniture in Clearwater Florida to pay $50 for an inspector to come out and confirm its defects. Required another $100 for them to deliver replacement. Spent $150 additional dollars because serta made, and City Furniture sold, a defective product. This cost should have been absorbed by either Serta, the manufacturer, or City furniture, the retailer. Additionally, I should have been given the option to choose another type or style of mattress. Had no choice but to end up with the same style and type of mattress that was defective in the first place.

Na lang uitkijken naar onze Serta Maestro Grande, blijven we nu met een bittere nasmaak zitten. Het bed slaapt heerlijk, maar de afwerking van de geïntegreerde stopcontacten is een enorme misslag.

Ze zitten precies achter de rug van de bijbehorende nachtkastjes. Het resultaat? We moeten onze nachtkastjes ca. 7 cm van de wand afschuiven om een stekker te kunnen gebruiken.

Er valt nu constant van alles achter het bed. Het strakke design waar we zo voor vielen, is volledig weg.

Erg zonde voor een aankoop in deze prijsklasse. Je verwacht dat een high-end merk rekening houdt met praktisch gebruik.

bought their memory foam copper pillow. ABSOLUTELY the WORST pillow. All the pillow is filled with is old ground up foam. they sell it as a premium item but they just fill the left over junk from the mattresses.

Paid $2300 for a mattress that is now worthless after 3 years of normal use and causing extreme back pain. I know it is the mattress because it hurt before I went on vacation, I was fine at the air B&B and now that Im back Im ready to see a chiro. I spent this much because I expected it to last 10 years, what a joke. Just had to shell out another $1600 on a new mattress that I cant afford.

Wij zijn erg blij met onze Serta Brut. Hij is lekker stevig en toch ook zacht en is bovendien niet zo warm als onze vorige boxspring. Ik kan eindelijke weer een nacht doorslapen. Een echte aanrader!

I do like the mattress from Serta Hospitality. We slept on one at a major resort and ordered one as soon as we got home. Like other reviewers, my beef is with RXO, their delivery company. They missed two 4 hour promised delivery windows and their offshore customer service department was a complete joke. I'm surprised that Serta continues to use RXO. I understand that RXO is a public company and I'm looking into shorting their stock.

I’m one of the folks wanting “0” stars. Bought the last of a kind mattress so it was sold “as is.” I asked the salesman what would happen in the event the mattress didn’t hold up. He was quick to tell me to go thru the manufacture. Guess what. 1 year later I have an awful, saggy $925 mattress and Serta sends me an email saying items “as is” have NO warranty. Stay clear from this shady company.

they can improve by not ripping folks off with these mattresses. I bought a hybrid mattress from the furniture store in douglasville ga. I have went through the same situations in all of the reviews. can something be done about this. my mattress started sagging on 1 side and big big lumps on both sides and in the middle of the mattress. having back pains. I bought this mattress last year 2024 in march. this mattress looks like it has been around 50years+. is there something that can be done about this. how do they continue to get away with this. how can we file a class action law suit. this is just not right!

Heel mooi bed om te zien maar ik word wakker met pijn in mijn rug .
Andere matrassen gekregen met bij betaling was nog geen verbetering toen een nieuwe topper gekocht en ik lig nog in een kuil .

Heeft redelijk goede service verleent maar in totaal is het nu wel een heel duur bed en ligt nog steeds niet lekker .ik weet niet meer wat ik er mee aan moet , ik kan niet blijven klagen bij de winkel

Have had a terrible experience with my Serra I bought January 2024
Had it replaced once and same thing happened. Sagging, terrible on back. All supports have been in place.

The delivery service they contracted (RXO) is terrible. In a different order with another company, RXO never delivered my furniture and I had to go to the store myself and pick it up or wait another month. So when I saw that Serta was also using RXO, I was concerned. Sure enough, I've been waiting 6 hours and have made multiple calls to RXO. They keep assuring me the team is on its way, but it's now 9pm and they are not here. Nor are they responding. I would call Serta and cancel my order at this point, but they're now closed. I will cancel on Monday though, and I will never buy from Serta again. I realize this mess is ultimately RXO's responsibility, but Serta chooses to use a delivery service that's utterly unreliable and it's unacceptable to keep people waiting like this.

I purchased a set a king pillows that were so bad they caused headaches, neck and shoulder pain. I called customer service and they said because I bought them at Marshall’s they couldn’t do anything to help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up in my face.
Worst product and customer service I ever experienced.

Serta refuses to assist us with a brand new out of the box defective mattress because of where it was purchased from. Their "customer service" isn't returning calls or replying to emails. I am not sure how they are still in business. Will never buy another one of their products again. Horrible experience, don't waste your time with a company that doesn't have a good product, stand behind it, or care about their customers.

Poor quality with fake warranty. Read carefully about the 10-year guarantee - what it includes. Stay away from Serta

Elder Abuse, grandma's chair was purchased in 2018 has a 5 year warranty on the motor, we filed a claim 10/06/22 thru 3/13/23 to date we s/w Hayneedle, Lifestyle rep; the Guardsman report is still incomplete. IDK what else to do SMH!

Lifestyle Solutions rep mailed a remote, told us to pay for a 3rd party vendor to send pic and details if possible the carb tag was not legible, sent pics of this. Lifestyle Solutions rep says they will close out the ticket b/c its tech report is incomplete, what else can we get from the tech? Lifestyle will not return calls, service warranty customers either, or help resolve the warranty issue or make good and stand behind serta warranty.

Can lifestyle replace the Chair? after all they sent a remote to us without knowing what the CARB tag says. Are the chair remotes universal? She has been given the run around
