Delivery was terrible, no paperwork given to my engineers to check quantities and correct sizes. Total shambles, no grills with first delivery, so total waste of 4 engineers time today
We will be billing Sertus for this.
We gave specific instructions which were ignored
No other words than shambles

Very easy to deal with and Sertus offer


Very easy to deal with and Sertus offer high end compliance. I have been using these now since 2008 with no issues. Top Drawer organisation and my word counts being in the industry 33 years.

Surtus have been fantastic to do


Surtus have been fantastic to do business with they have really helped FDS and guided us in the right direction when selecting their products special mentions for Josh, fletcher, and Kate who have all been very very helpful and supportive.

Great Experience at Sertus Live 2!

I attended ‘Sertus Live: Smoke Control in Action’ and found it to be a really valuable event. It tackled the industry challenge of design intent to what firefighters actually experience on site.

It was a really collaborative day with plenty of discussion throughout – big thanks to the team at Sertus for putting it all together and bringing the industry together!

Supportive Team and Excellent Follow‑Through

I contacted the team to arrange training on one of the systems currently in place on site. Although they were unable to assist directly, they got back to me promptly and explained that they work alongside another provider who would be better suited to support this request.
While I hadn’t yet followed this up myself, their team kindly reached out and provided the relevant contact details for the supplier. A special thank you to Emily, who followed up on my enquiry and delivered exactly what was promised. The communication throughout was helpful and proactive.
