Ridiculous "security verification" for an out-of-stock service

A complete waste of time. Here is how they treat customers:

First, they blocked my order because I allegedly used a "hosting IP" (it wasn't) and forced me to re-order from my home connection.

Then, they entered an endless loop demanding that I change my physical profile address so that it "matches my IP geolocation as closely as possible." This is technically absurd—IP geolocation is often inaccurate, yet they expect me to fake my profile address to satisfy their broken automated system.

In the middle of this painful back-and-forth, they casually mentioned that the plan I ordered and paid for is actually out of stock anyway!

Even after admitting they don't have the resources to provision my server, they still sent another email demanding I fix my profile address.

They hold your money, force you to play security games, and don't even have the product in stock. Completely unprofessional.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOTHING WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS COMPROMISED AND TAKE FOREVER TO RESPOND.

I recently had a situation with my account being compromised. First red flag was that I received no email from Servarica alerting me that the email on my account had been changed. I was alerted to strange activity when my card which I had attached to my account was charged an exorbitant fee. I went to sign into my account and it wouldn't let me get in. I realized right away the account may have been compromised. I sent an email RIGHT AWAY to their support and they took almost two hours to get back to me, after I provided them with the details they asked for to verify I am the owner they took another two hours to get back meanwhile whoever has access to my account continued making unauthorized charges and messing with my VPS services that I had with them. As of writing this Servarica still has not secured my account...this is nearly five hours later. For all I know it can be an inside job because they are completely nonchalant about it and still have not restored my account. It is ridiculous. I ended up canceling my credit card and now have charge-back requests for the two huge charges made.

I’ve been using this company's services for a full two months now. The support is remarkably helpful, and the pricing is honestly hard to beat. For $10 USD, you get 8GB RAM, 4vCPU, 18TB BW, 130GB NVMe, and a 4TB HDD I personally haven't come across any provider offering a better deal at this price point.
The only minor issue I encountered was related to peering, though I wouldn't attribute this to the hosting provider. It seems to be an issue with my local ISP (Orange PL), which tends to cut costs on external peering to Arelion. As a result, I experienced packet loss in the 30-35% range depending on the time of day. Given that this is a budget-oriented host and not a Tier-1 provider like OVH, such routing quirks are somewhat expected and forgivable.

If I had to nitpick, the website lacks transparency regarding hardware specifics. While "4vCPU" is listed, it’s difficult to find information about the underlying architecture whether it's an Intel Xeon or a different generation. While I’m sure support would provide these details upon request, it would be much more convenient for users performing a "side-by-side" comparison (Provider A vs. B vs. C) if these approximate specs were clearly displayed on the landing page.

I have been using servarica for the past 1 month and their customer support and the actual VPS service is really cooperative and helpful. I bought a V2 KVM Slim Slice 6 from them and it has been amazing! The pricing and the service is still one of the best in market!

I've had a VPS from them off and on for the last couple of years. They have great customer service and my VPS has always been very reliable. I have a higher ping than I'd like because I live far away from their servers, but the customer service, reliability, and prices make it worth it.

I'm honestly really happy with their services! I bought my servers before the price increases, so I was able to get a crazy deal on the FAT Slice 4 VDS, which is really fast for the price. I also recently purchased a "Chimera Hybrid" storage server, thinking that I would get some average HDD speeds. Surprisingly, the speeds were way faster than advertised, and it looks like they are using an SSD-backed storage cluster. I don't think that for 5 dollars a month, it could get better than this. Other than that, I've had no issues with them so far. 11/10 would recommend!

i contacted support and they said theres nothing they can do about it, which is sad because people went to them because of their cheap prices

so sad how companies dont put customer first anymore once they grew because they used to care about customers :(

I contacted ServaRica support in order to discuss about the new prices. They were pretty fast in responding. I have requested a possible order with the old price, just one single order. I am still waiting on a response, but hopefully they can fufill it.

I was referred by an existing client who uses this service due to the amazing prices. I would love to have one server with the existing price since I was about to order before they increased the price.

Update: They tried to take my review down by requesting more information when they clearly have my ticket records. Therefore, the review was updated to 1 star due to the shadiness of that.

They used to offer competitive pricing, but now the price has increased. With the new prices, their servers are no longer worth it.

Try and go for another company if they keep these new prices. I hope they see that new customers are important and they revert the prices back.

Servarica is the best price/performance server provider on the internet. Trust me, I'm not easy on this matter—they give the best quality for the best price.

Reliability and Uptime
In all my years with them, I have never lost any data. Their stability is remarkable. Regarding uptime, any rare instances of downtime were extremely short-lived and, more importantly, weren't actually caused by their internal infrastructure. Since the servers are located in Canada, any minor hiccups were usually related to external routing issues (network hops) rather than the servers themselves.

For my current setup, I’m paying only $8 for 4 vCPUs, 16GB RAM, and a 500GB SSD. Honestly, you won't find these specs at this price point anywhere else. It is the perfect solution for anyone needing high resources on a budget.

The team at Servarica is excellent at problem-solving. Whenever a technical question arises, they are quick to respond and very effective at fixing issues. They have earned my full trust, and I can confidently say you can rely on them for your long-term projects.

Final Verdict: If you want high-spec VPS hosting without the premium price tag, Servarica is the way to go.

over the years I have had many vps services and all i can say i a down to my last service and wont be renewing. The service I get is very poor and probably the lowest standard you can get on the internet AVOID as their promises are full of BS .

love them , had a vps from them from the last few weeks - works great so far & support replies within 20-30 mins of my query (and is friendly too) , the price i give is really small compared to the performance and support they provide! , really great provider

Good price/value, the growing storage VPS network performance is good and disk performance low, but acceptable. They have manually assigned and setup IPv6 for me via root (maybe they will automate the process one day). Support response time is not a problem. I only hope that they will continue with their service efficiently while making good enough profit.

Rarely have I encountered such efficient and prompt customer service. Available at almost any hour and very quick, responding immediately even to low priority requests, very affordable prices even for those who, like me, cannot spend much.
I can safely call them the best provider I have used so far!

We've migrated our web servers to reduce our dedicated server footprint.
We had a problem with one of their VPS which was a new product but it was not conclusive for us.
We were moved free of charge to a new server that greatly met our needs and we were greatly satisfied.
The team seems very competent, especially the night shift.
They don't take the time to read the whole post before replying.
Overall, though, I recommend them!

After 1 year as client only 1 outage of 30 minutes. I have a backup server and NvMe. NvMe server 100% uptime. Support reply fast (2 hours average).

Worth for money, friendly customer service people, and fast servers!
