The Servcorp team are extremely professional and have assisted me at every turn in my businesses with advice and top level customer service. Operating out of the Servcorp South Bank office has helped to consolidate and grow my business over the last 5 years, far more easily than I could have managed alone. The luxury location is great for putting me physically right where the action is.

Our company has been dealing with Servcorp since 2006. During this time, I have found Servcorp staff very well trained in all aspects of business from reception, administration,research, project management and Marketing.
I recommend Servcorp to any business that not only requires professional front desk but also valuable resource designed for growth and success.

We have operated out of Southbank Melbourne for circa four years. On 24 February we suspended service by mutual consent. After acknowledging we would not be resuming anytime soon (if at all) on March 25th we were hit with over $1,100 in charges, and no refund of our $462 credit balance! This saga has been mishandled by no fewer than three Servcorp "managers".
Noted a mixture of reviews on this site and ACCC negative bias.

We couldn't operate our business without Servcorp's virtual receptionist service. Our teams are spread across various sites and often unable to answer the phone. Allysha answers our inward calls in a professional and friendly manner. She has got to know our staff, regular clients and our business to the level that we consider her to be one of our own employees. In the current environment where businesses are looking to cut services, we consider Sevcorp to be an essential service and couldn't do without them.

Staff here are so friendly, caring, attentive and professional and always can be relied on. They go out of their way to ensure their customers are happy.

We've twice had a Membership with Servorp Brisbane, as well as a couple of one-off meeting room bookings. I've dealt with Crystal at 10 Eagle St a couple of times and she's always been very knowlegable and handled everything quickly and efficiently.

Unethical business with shocking contract terms and conditions which you may not be presented with when signing.
Avoid at all cost. Quoted $450 per week is really $800 per week as there are many add ons like outgoings, coffee etc. outgoings are higher on 15 sqm office than 500 sqm at Martin Place. Did I mention $2000 fee after you move out for disconnecting internet and some cleaning.
Do not take risk. Google Servcorp ACCC before you even consider

The facilities are well kept, always clean and anything needing attention is always seen to in a timely manner.

The team at Servcorp Macquarie Park are always bubbly, energetic and helpful! They greet me by name and always make our interactions memorable. We really love the supportive culture they drive and the bonding sessions they hold. Whether it may be inviting guest speakers, fundraising events, a BBQ, or even something as simple as planting trees. It creates a lovely and supportive team dynamic where people are happy to communicate with each other and enjoy the work space! The meeting spaces themselves are always presentable, clean and comfortable not to mention the views are also stunning! This is an awesome space to work in!

I love the startup atmosphere Servcorp brings to the table. It's extremely professional & at the same time very chic. Having a great receptionist like Gabriella Vassallo also helps. She is pleasant and genuine in her interactions and has a warm & infectious smile. All my clients who come to Servcorp have actually felt extremely welcome when greeted with Gabriella. The culture of Servcorp is like what you would find in young and budding startups. Great to be a part of this unit.

Rubbish service, We found better value elsewhere. This company is a global player that profits by screwing the SME at every turn.
You're better off sing a smaller provider that have better offices and care about there customers.

Fees are not competitive, go elsewhere!
You'll find better value elsewhere. Check your contract before your sign as they'll slip in charges for services you didn't ask for. Upon exit they'll try everything to rip you off every dollar they can get out of you.

Servcorp staff at Nexus Norwest have made me feel very welcome, always friendly, polite and everything done with a smile. Gabriella at reception always has a smile, and all requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ashleigh is always courteous and helpful and all issues are solved in a professional manner.

We've been very pleased with our Servcorp relationship in Australia over the last 4+ years. Great locations, great set-up, great people, great service. Fit for purpose, just what we needed, nothing we didn't. Thanks for having us!
