Hi,

As we have send you a message that our Oman IP’s are out of stock and the VPS Nodes are full, we offered you a Dubai IP and VPS with 1 month free of use or we offered you to cancel the order and refund your money. As we didn’t receive any choice we delivered the Dubai VPS and again asked if you are satisfied or if you prefer a refund.

Please let us know what you wish and we make it happen. Our apologies for the inconvenience, the Oman VPS was removed from the website until new resources are available on that location.

The request was send by email, not by ticket. You opened 2 tickets and both tickets are answered by us. For this moment, we still don't have an answer, do you wish to keep your Dubai IP/VPS or do you wish to cancel? There is no fraud involved otherwise we wouldn't a refund in the first place.

Spam source

Spam source. There are bigger companies with more clients, yet 99.9% of all my spam is from a Serverion IP. Spamcop reports does not help.

On mail servers I manage, the best choice I made was perm banning all their net blocks to stop constant brute force attacks and spam.

Any legitimate user best avoid them or may be caught up in cross fire by admins blocking Serverion traffic.

It is clearly mentioned on the website, the smallest VPS is charged per year.

You could have create a ticket to ask for monthly payment or you can ask for a refund, we are happy to refund it.

As we don't receive any email or ticket, we cannot help you as we cannot take Trustpilot as support system.

Hi,

Too bad to hear you receive spam from our network. As our company policy doesn't allow spam of any kind we are happy to be informed which IP is involved in this matter so we can take it down immediately.

We have searched for 'Auke' and 'Vries' in our Abuse database but we are unable to locate any abuse report from you.

If you let us know the IP, we take down the IP address.

Update:
As we just received the IP from you, this customer, not even a direct end customer was taken down on the first abuse mail already.

Last Update2:
As we have an active abuse department working office hours GMT+1 and all abuse is manually managed and handled, it might take some time when you submit an abuse request at the middle of the night. Officially we have 72 hours to react on spam abuse but as this was solved in 12 hours, it seems rather a good response time. As soon as the report was handled, IP’s were taken down as previously noted.

With this message, we are closing this discussion on what you think the response time on an abuse complaint should be in your opinion.

Point is made and clear all abuse complaints are followed up, with or without a review. Trustpilot is not really the platform for these discussions about basic and public information. We will send this to Trustpilot as well as Trustpilot is a platform for reviewing services, not for non-customers who like to open a discussion on response times on abuse complaints.

Its scammers

Its scammers. I purchase a VPS in Oman and i received an IP from Dedipath in USA. Are just resellers and that even cant do right. I contact via you "live chat" yesterday and today and never get an answer, i try to login to the portal and never received the login details.

I try to restore password and never get the mail. How can i contact?

Sorry to hear you are unhappy. First of all, we are no resellers, we run our own hardware in various datacenters and yes we rent IP's from different companies. When creating your VPS, we accidentally selected a wrong node and you ended up in Amsterdam on an IP of DediPath. If you just send us an email the location was wrong, we where happy to adjust the location and even give you a month free for the inconvenience.

Too bad, you didn't create a ticket or send us an email (to support@serverion.com, info@serverion.com) or used the contact form on our site with your issue which we could have solved in 5 minutes.

You only submitted a PayPal refund request on 3.50 pm and we refunded it in less than 30 minutes without any questions as a good hosting company should do. https://prnt.sc/1zwxxrw

The Livechat function is not active as you can see Live support shows 'Offline'. The login details are the username and password you chosen at the order page. When you don't know them you can reset the password using the 'reset password' link or send us an email, we are always happy to help.
