Disconnected my account without


Disconnected my account without warning, no alert, no email warning, no low balance communication. Good thing my data was backed up on a different server at another hosting platform. Will not be repeating with this company, every reboot the server reverted to the area and timezone where it was "really located" (not in the USA). Better communication and the ability to restore after non payment instead of full delete, which ensures no return - not a good thing for ServerSpace as I would have restored and continued after already using them for over 5years so far.

We are sincerely sorry that this situation affected your experience with Serverspace.

We would like to clarify that before any data is deleted, the system automatically sends several notifications: reminders to top up the balance, as well as separate emails warning that if no payment is received, the data will be deleted after 14 days. At the same time, we understand that in your case this communication was not sufficient, and we are sorry that you did not receive the level of communication you expected.

As for the server location, all Serverspace servers are deployed strictly in the selected region. Rebooting a server does not change its physical location or IP address, as both are assigned when the instance is created. That is why we would like to look into what exactly you observed.

We would appreciate it if you could contact us at csm@serverspace.team or share the email address associated with your account so we can investigate this situation in detail.

Their set up requires constant monitoring, no "set it and forget it". Depending on your needs and use case, this might be OK for you. My demands for security and transparency from ServerSpace were not met. YMMV

Your resources are hosted in the region/data center you selected. However, IP-based location shown by third-party services can differ from reality - some IP geolocation database providers update their records with delays. We regularly share up-to-date information about our networks with them, but we can’t guarantee how quickly they apply updates on their side. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Aside the other issues i had with them, they recently had my server suspended because of a fake abuse case and their support is very very slow. So be careful: they will take your server down because of any received complaint (true or not). Not recommended.

This hosting is reliable, taking good cared for both customer as well as platform it self. IP addresses and URLs are with good reputations, that shows team is caring whole scenario to make customer business successful instead of just providing mid tier service.

The best vps service

I have been using serverspace services for a few years and i can say that is the best vps server as good as the price that they have.
I have to say that is too handy and it has a very good customer service.

Very stable provider

I've been using Serverspace as a cheap alternative to host my K8S cluster. I'm also using one of their VPS machines as my development host. I'm very happy with stability they provide.

I am developing my project. Most of the work takes place locally on the computer, only after the release of all the developments are uploaded to the site. Everything is transparent in Serverspace, no hidden fees. The prices are adequate, we can say low compared to many of their competitors. IP Location not really TÃŒrkiye

I recently set up a VPS (Virtual Private Server) through vStack Cloud, with the server physically located in Turkey. However, since the company is based in the Netherlands, several service providers incorrectly identified the IP address as Dutch rather than Turkish. When I contacted customer support about this issue, they were friendly but deflected the problem by suggesting alternative explanations. They claimed that "some services use various methods to determine geolocation, including user account data." I had already verified that my account information was correct. To confirm the issue, I tested a different server provider, and as expected, their IP address was properly recognized as Turkish immediately.
