John was amazing. Got the job done and a great bloke as well. Would thoroughly recommend.

Horrific. Someone came out to figure out what was wrong with our American style fridge freezer, said it needed parts. Had to chase twice for a month to ask if parts had arrived. Fridge freezer is in a worse state after paying £230. Called to have him come look at it again, didn’t show up. Now trying to call & speak to Service Site - currently on hold for 30+ minutes.

We were kept informed from start and electrician very pleasant. I was surprised that cost quoted did not include vat. Misleading!

Gary, the engineer arrived promptly and was able to repair my washing machine, using parts he carried in his van.

Made the call and someone was with us within the hour! Very quick response. Polite and friendly and had our dishwasher up and running quickly. Would recommend.

The engineer was great and very helpfull but the overall cost was not.

Quick and efficient service. 5 star!

Took 8 weeks for part to arrive
£160 paid for repair and engineer said it was sorted, appliance stop working again during first use 25 mins later after repair.
Told cheaper now to buy new appliance despite paying already for repair.

Rang Thursday to book someone to fix washing machine was told Tuesday was earliest and that engineer would call me Tuesday morning. Haven’t heard anything ! Nothing! Rang company 3 times got 3 different people told ‘Steve’ would ring me . He didn’t! I got his number and rang him no answer and voicemail is full! Stayed in all day today . Awful communication.

Kept to time and did the job in a short while. Double the price that a local expert would charge.

Very pleased with the work emil sourced the problem. Had a replacement part in vehicle. Job was completed within 45 minutes off arrival . Was very pleased with the service especially from emil the engineer would recommend

I would give them no stars if I could. We took out a service agreement paying £19.99 per month in November 2022 the plan covered 5 appliances . In June this year we reported a fault with our Neff oven, after numerous telephone calls we got an engineer visit, he said he needed to order parts and would be back in no longer than two weeks., He did not work directly for service site as they don't have any engineers, After a month of waiting they final admitted that they do not have any engineers to cover the Staffordshire and West Midlands what a rip off. They refunded our monthly payments but we were still left with a broken oven, which in line with our agreement they should replace if it could not be fixed. If you have a service agreement I advise you call them as you are paying for service they simply cannot provide. Its not much short of a scam beware

Please don't use this service. They promise they can fix my washine machine but when they came out they reported it was too expensive to repair and charges £82.50 for call out charge.
