Paid $2,272.20, No Servers Delivered, Refund Still Outstanding
I paid $2,272.20 USD to Servitro on May 8, 2026 (Invoice #37466) for 12 dedicated Ryzen 9 7950X3D servers.
Unfortunately, the servers were never delivered.
After several weeks, Servitro informed me that they were unable to source the required hardware and offered either to wait another 5–6 days or receive a full refund. Since we had already waited long enough, I chose the refund.
On May 30, they confirmed:
"I will have the refund sent ASAP."
On June 2, they told me:
"I've requested the USDT for the refund. It should be sent to you within 7 days."
Those 7 days passed, but no refund arrived.
Since then, I have repeatedly opened support tickets and asked for updates. Most replies simply said they would update me within 24 hours or asked me to keep waiting. As of July 1, 2026, I still have not received my $2,272.20 refund.
I understand that hardware shortages can happen. What disappointed me was not the stock issue itself, but the lack of timely communication and the failure to process a refund after promising multiple times that it would be sent.
If the refund is eventually completed, I will gladly update this review. Until then, I cannot recommend paying in advance for services that cannot be delivered.
