I purchased 3 serwall chairs off of Amazon and my front porch was being re-done so we had to wait to put the chairs together. My husband opened the 1st chair and started putting it together. The side table that get attached to the chair would not screw in tightly. The screws keep turning g and don't lick in tight. We cannot attach the table s ince it will not hold weight because the screws are stripping. I initially wanted to send them back the day I received them because the color was very dark, darker than the picture on Amazon but they gave me a discount to keep them. Now I know why!!!! I'm waiting for another return label or I will show my bank proof and dispute this charge. Ship what you advertise

The quality is really good. The pieces are heavy and sturdy, as well as attractive. Directions were easy to follow to assemble the furniture.

Great company to work with, they helped us obtain the large quantity of items we needed to do our pool area on our condominium property at the discounted rates. All items were delivered in excellent shape and assembly was relatively easy to follow and complete. Great lounge chairs and matching tables.

All interactions with Serwall in this order were top notch and easy. I ordered four folding Adirondack chairs and they came within a week in excellent packaging. I shopped many Adirondack chairs and the Serwall option is definitely the best I looked at and at a very reasonable price. The material is attractive (many options look cheap. I never liked the look of fake wood grain and Serwall does not try to mimic wood. Instead the material has a pleasant looking and feeling texture, without looking cheap). The hardware looks like good quality (will be anxious to see how it holds up over time) and the assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It took me about 30-45 minutes to put a chair together.

Ordered 4 adirondack chairs and two chaises -- love them all! Love that there are two cup holders -- one for a regular can/bottle, and one for a stem glass. Both swivel in and out so they are not in the way if you don't need them. Definitely recommend!

The package was packed well and the directions seemed easy to follow. It may have helped to note which way the pieces should face for the arm rest.
I gave 4 stars because there were missing pre drilled holes. I had the use a hammer to tap in nails in order to use the allen wrench.
It is what I expected. The true test is how it will hold up to the Texas heat!

This was the second time that I bought your outdoor Adirondack chairs. The quality of your chairs is excellent. They are as described. They are sturdy well-made, and beautiful.

I have a mixed review on this company. The company encourages email as the contact method, but they only answer emails between 10pm and 6am CA time. Because of that any communication takes days if follow-up to the original question/response is necessary.
I had called the company in an attempt to resolve a days-old issue I had and the "only" person who answers the phone was unable to help me at all. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
Once I did get the issue resolved through emailing, the staff was very polite and provided the service I had requested (a refund due to an expired promo code while trying to resolve the issue).
The product I received had some slight defects due to the way they packaged the chaise lounge, so the company refunded me a portion of the cost. I was satisfied with the resolution.

It was delivered promptly. All was good.

Easy to assembly.

I have ordered several chairs from them before and absolutely love them. I have not yet put together the table and chairs with this order, but, they are heavy and seem like they will stand up to time/weather. Delivery was fast, packages were in great shape when they arrived. Can't wait for spring and to sit at the table around the pool!

I ordered two chairs. They came from different warehouses and arrived about a week apart. I put each together when I received them, put them next to each other and the colors do not match. Now, I have two different color chairs instead of a set of two matching chairs.
