I would (and already have) recommended Sarah Wilkinson in a heartbeat. She was referred to us by a friend who had a great experience and we decided to contact her. Sarah honestly had everything under control from the moment she took on our Settlement case, which was one of unfair dismissal. She's extremely knowledgable, works both fast and with immense attention to detail, and somehow manages to make a stressful situation a very calm and reassuring one. We felt so cared for, like we had someone completely on our side who managed to help us get more than we expected from the situation. We have dealt with other solicitors previously, but Sarah showed care that goes completely beyond what we expected.. and this is not just our experience, as our friends have said the same thing. Clear and concise advice following a thorough and unhurried assessment of my Settlement Agreement. Based on my experience this is a quality service provider.

This was flawless from start to finish. Initial contact was as immediate as promised, Michael prompting me for some minor additional information and following this up with a suitable email. I then had a call booked with Gareth the same day and the appointment was prompt, almost to the second. Within half an hour the initial review was complete and from there it is simply following their process to completion.
I cannot recommend these chaps highly enough. They take what could be a stressful process and simplify it superbly.

There were some glitches with the on line booking system. However,these were quickly resolved. Clare who helped me,was amazing. She helped, one very stressed person to feel at ease, her advice was brilliant and she picked out areas of the agreement which I needed to push back on and helped me with my correspondence.
