In the past, they tried to reach out to us twice to work together. At the time, we were satisfied with our current ad partner.

We decided to work with them last week. They responded positively and began the onboarding process. With all the steps involved, including updating the ads.txt file, creating an account, accepting the Ad Manager invite, and even getting Google's approval, nearly a week went by. Then, out of nowhere, we received an email from them saying they no longer wanted to proceed and that we should return to our former partner.

One week… And because of the ads.txt change, we naturally generated zero revenue during that period. Moreover, since everything seemed to be progressing seriously and positively, we had already terminated our contract with our former partner.

We've worked with many companies over the years, but this was truly a terrible experience.

Based on our experience, we would strongly advise caution before making any major decisions involving them.

Another borderline blackhat consent management platform that went far and beyond to make it virtually impossible to opt-out.
And just like when I see Admirals consent pop-up I leave the site I'm visiting the second I see Setupad.

I thought Admiral was the worst, but no Setupad managed the amazing feat of making the visitor experience even more atrocious. Adding a infinity loader to make it as difficult as possible to opt-out from their vendors list and not offering an opt-out / decline all button.

So any website that uses this solution should really consider changing to one that doesn't poor all their effort into making life a pain for your visitors.

This is a scam, they keep upping the amount to finish your task, oh how exciting for you to have 3 combo task, now just send us 481 more dollars after the 80 you already sent. Please dont fall for this, they are so dishonest. I am so angry with myself for falling for this .

This organization is definitely NOT a 100% honest and the details, practices and rules. They will truly leave you wondering why even bother if the work you do never gets paid out to you, who is basicall you, the user. So basically (Setupad) keeps increasing your buy in numbers (amount of cash needed to complete an assignemnt product evaluation task) only to prevent you from cashing out your account or in other words; small amount of money you earned and the amount of money you add into your earned account. I was taken for over $8400 dollars only to be told that I had an insufficient negative funds of -$6700 dollars that I needed to make my account current in order to complete my task assignment that was completed 39 of 40 task items. Well I was told this, Users general complete a task assignment but there is a chance that you may receive a combo task which is a task bonus to earn more money.

Now its rare that a user will get this opportunity on any givem task, but its possible for it to happen 3 times but rare.

Well I'm one of those users that did and after briniging my account up to continue and close out my previous task assignment, the company hit me with another combination charge that elevated my insufficient funds on my account to a ridicolous number of over -$6700. I tried to contact Customer Support but these rude guys was only company men that was no support or help whatsoever.

So take into deep deep consideration when I say be careful when working for these people and any other companines with the same system or practices. This site is a total waste of peoples time and money, and after all said and done the profits are marginal at best after making transactional withdrawals and sending money threw crypto currency, the fees alone dwindles your net profit.

Crooks. They robbed me blind. Do not under any circumstances work for these crooks. They will take all the money you're willing to give them and refuse to cash you out

I am very dissatisfied with this company.

Support no longer responds to emails.
The profit is lower every month.
You have to look for an alternative..

I'm a website developer business owner.
Unlike Ezoic, Setupad put me in direct contact with their devs when necessary, they contacted Google and ask about a misclassification when Google's automatic services failed. So, I had a smooth onboarding experience.
They don't take over site control, they just use their script to collect and inject ads, so my site works super snappy with the ads. Also, they respect the adsizes that we've negotiated.
Plus, they understand my developer language, and are fast to respond.

With all the existing available providers I was not sure if SetupAd would be the right choice, but after some trouble with google, I gave them a try. Looking back I have to say it was absolutly the right decision!!! A pretty good solution with an awesome Customer Service (Thank you so much Linda!). Due to the peculiarities of our website and we always had problems with AdSense. But together with AdSense we were able to solve this on Google! If you are looking for someone to monetarize your Ads, SetupAd should be your first choice!!!

I've been with them for about 8 months now and being someone who has worked with other platforms as well, I can say that they know exactly what they are doing and what is the best for you. I have been working with SetupAd for about 4 months now. Martins, Amanda, and Marija have been very helpful in getting my account started and in getting the tags installed on my sites. There is a 7 hour time difference, but that has not been an issue. They respond quickly to my questions. Martins is also very proactive with ideas to test to improve my revenue. Due to the seasonality of my niche, it is impossible to get an exact numerical measurement, but I have definitely seen an improvment in expected revenue.
